I would give half star if possible. After twisting several times I managed to only get three applications. And the container is much smaller than the one I normally get at Ultra. Do not recommend.

i was hoping this would help thicken up my eye brows, i did notice a little bit of thickening but not like what i wanted. Does help with priming your eyebrows though!
