I purchased this blade for my old Ryobi miter saw that used an 8 1/2 inch blade. There are not very many blades available in this size. I purchased the blade to do finish work on pine moulding. I thought this should be great, a 60 tooth blade would make the work easy. Unfortunately, it did not. Cut the first piece of 3/4" cove at a 45 degree angle. Even on the first cut, it cut like a dull blade. It burned the end of the wood and tore out a chunk at the bottom. Tried again, this time pushing the blade down slowly. Got way too much smoke, still singed the end and took a sliver off the bottom of the piece I was cutting. I'll keep this blade to cut framing, but will purchase something else to do my finish work. Even a cheap blade should be sharp out of the box! I guess there's a reason this blade was 30% less than my other choices. Will not purchase Benchmark Abrasives blades again.

This blade had misaligned tooth set which left ripped face on the finished crosscuts. There is obvious deep scoring on the faces of the cuts....very disappointed on a product with the Amana tool label....made the mistake of also purchasing a 12 inch blade for a different slide miter in my shop... Significantly overpriced junk.....real nuisance to return and expensive.....pay the big money and buy a F......t worth it in the long run

Have an old B & D 5-1/2 in. electric saw with 1/2in arbor. The arbor adapter spacer for this is thicker 1.4mm than the saw blade 1.2mm saw the tightening washer only tightens the adapter spacer and the blade stays loose. Making it unusable. Did not try to use until after my return window was past.

Sent with insert to fit 10mm arbor & it was too thick to be able to tighten blade. Instead of sending replacement insert, they refunded my money. That was nice, but still needed a blade! Had to select another seller.

Recommended, although here's one bit of advice: When you put it on, the labeling goes on the inside. I have an older saw (hence the 8.25" blade) and replacing the blade is a bit of a pain; having to do it twice wasn't fun.
