Upon recieving this tv stand, I was highly impressed by how it turned out after completing the setup. It has great functionality providing lots of shelving space and storage. The doors on the sides open up leaving room for books and removing clutter. The assembly for the product was not great, but not too bad either. There were lots of screws and parts labeled in accordance with the instructions. The frame of the TV stand was a little shaky before installing the back lining, but once the lining towards the back of the TV stand was installed , it held together firmly. I would recommend to screw all the screws in tight. The TV stand took about 3 hours my assembly. Overall, this was a very high quality peice of furniture for only $179 dollars. Most TV stands I found with with same specs are around $340-$500+ already assembled from competitors like Target and Walmart. ... show more

Bought for my parents for Christmas. Good quality only thing is it can be a little wobbly if not put together exactly right or you put to heavy of a tv on. Fireplace works great. A little on the heavy side but thats to be expected.

This review is for the non-fireplace entertainment center. The unit arrived in pieces in a box on my front porch that was too heavy to budge. I cut the box open and removed the center piece by piece. The various parts are all numbered so they can be organized in the order they will be needed. All of the parts are made of sturdy prefabricated wood particles. Assembly took about two hours with help. Assembly instructions are clear with detailed illustrated instructions so you shouldn’t have a problem with an improperly installed part. The engineering devised for assembly was amazing. As a result, the center is a solid good looking piece of furniture. One recommendation is that a shim be included to help with door alignment during installation. I used a folded 5x8 card. I liked the size,sturdines, and appearance of the final product. Once we assembled it, it is a great sturdy piece of furniture. Love the way it looks, we chose the barn grey look, and the fireplace is a huge plus. It can put out quite a bit of heat for such a small unit, but it has a built in blower or you can turn the fireplace on without the heat/blower, just for esthetic purposes. One word of caution about this unit though. The shipping package is around 100 pounds, your delivery driver won't be sitting it on your porch. Mine was laying at the bottom of the front porch and rain was in the forecast. I had to open the carton outside and remove individually the three cartons from inside the outer box. The only assembly issue we had, and everyone will encounter it because it is a design location flaw. The predrilled holes for the metal plate WILL not align with the door magnet. Not a big deal really, just know that you will have to make an adjustment in alignment for this. For the money and quality for a 55" TV entertainment center, I highly recommend it. ... show more

This was packed very well. It is sturdy and went together with no problems. It does have a lot of pieces though (38 screws just to attach the back, so be prepared with a good screwdriver). I only requested help when it was time to put the top on, but it would have been doable on my own. There’s a good amount of storage in it too. Unfortunately after putting the whole thing together, the fireplace unit didn’t work correctly. I contacted the company right away and they sent me a replacement unit. I wouldn’t hesitate to buy another from this company if the need arises. ... show more
