I hold onto my iPhones for absolutely as long as possible, typically buying something a little over-spec and making it last forever. For instance, I save my battery by always using the Apple battery case. In the life of my 11 Pro, I've gone through (2) cases and maybe (5) Belkin protectors. I bring up the case because it is essential for edge protection. The mode of failure with this setup is I drop my phone a short distance onto concrete, it flipping face down, and it chips a corner, shattering the protector but not the phone. The reason why this keeps happening is because the protector extends the thickness of the screen maybe 0.5 mm past the rubber frame of the battery case. With a beefier case, this wouldn't keep happening. However, now that LifeProof doesn't make charging cases, there aren't many other good options for getting through long hours at job sites without constantly charging. On complaints about ease of install- it's fine. The tools are all there to do a dust-free, bubble-free job if you have patience. It's a matter of getting the screen perfectly squeaky clean with zero static, examining under bright light with the included cloth, then centering the sheet using the guide while holding it taught. Then just let go and the protector magically sucks itself to the phone. Then carefully press the dust cloth to dab out any edge bubbles. Honestly, if you're not hands-on or crafty, get someone who is to do it. It's not as difficult as maybe watch repair or screen replacement, but does take a great deal of attention to detail. The next part is the only point where I give 4 stars instead of 5. For the older models, stock is probably getting older. (My last box was visibly aged.) The adhesive can sometimes have a couple tiny dots of imperfection around the edge. I don't notice this with the screen on. ... show more

I am a good fan of products from Belkin and I have using Belkin screen protector since 2017 on my iPhone 6s and iPhone X. Which I found the best screen protector which will remain clear (without any air gaps) and solid for a long time. But unfortunately with this Belkin ScreenForce TemperedGlass, with my iPhone 11 Pro, I am not that happy because it got broken so easily during a gentle fall (on my study table just from height of my palm). I tried many other screen protectors for my iPhone 11 Pro, but all of them will get air gaps just with in a week or two. So now I have no choice, and I ordered the same from Belkin once again. Pros: 1. Very thin and clear 2. No air bubbles or air gaps (very impressive) 3. Less expensive, comparing to other screen protectors from Belkin Cons: 1. Will break very easily even on a slight fall (which make you scary that a hard fall may impact your original screen) 2. Installation need so much attention to keep your screen with no dust or spots 3. The size proportion is little bit uneven where the height is little bit higher than the actual screen and so it will be almost close to the top front camera and sensors. I thought I was getting a great deal as it was half the price of buying through the Apple Store. The last one I had thru the store lasted quite some time and was great. The ones from here were definitely not the same, although the box and description and everything was the same. The screen had a big crack in it in just a couple hours. Now I can look at horse p*** at work! Be careful though, if you’re not careful you could accidentally pick it off. Also you should definitely use the box to apply it. I made the grave error of thinking I had to do it myself and was fumbling around trying to get it perfect lookin’. Good screen protector overall, but the privacy feature, where if you are off to the side of the phone you shouldn't be able to see the screen, doesn't really work well. You can still see the screen and have to pretty much be completely to the side to not see it at all, it starts to darken if you twist your phone a little bit but you can still see everything on the screen. ... show more
