They are hotel smooth that makes you just want to lay around on a lazy Sunday afternoon. I can’t speak well enough about these, I’ve already told family this is what I want for Christmas and they are grabbing them for themselves once they see mine! The elastic goes all the way around so they stay snug and smooth. They have tags on the ends telling you which side is which so you get the fitted sheet half on and realize it needs to turn. That makes things so much easier. They wash real nice, and suggests cold water wash without bleach. Don't be afraid to buy these. They're really nice sheets. I almost didn't buy them because they were for our guest room and I couldn't quite believe they could be good sheets for this price. But seriously, these sheets are soft, with a nice fabric "hand." The color is lovely and consistent. The fabric also feels sturdy enough to last. I can't fully comment on the comfort as I haven't slept on them, but while they're not going to be like expensive silk or Egyptian cotton, I really think that for the price, they'd be hard to beat. I’m not really a fan of white sheets but off white wasn’t an option and the sets were on sale so I gave them a try. These sheets are suuuuper thin which is why I gave them 4/5 stars. They will probably be good for hot summer nights but I don’t think they'll work for a WNY winter. They fit my oversized mattress nicely with absolutely no yanking or pulling to put on so that’s a plus. The little tags that say “top” and “side” are actually quite helpful, too. Purchased this set for a gift. Nice packaging. The only downside was on the shipping. The labels were placed on the sheet set cover, instead of putting the order in a sack or box. Definitely not easy to remove those for gifting.

Very high quality sheets for the money. We bought the "Luxe Cream" color which looked tan/beige in the photo. But they are in reality quite a bit yellow. So minus 1 star.
