I got these for my cast iron pan. The tangs on two don't go clear to the end of the handle, they have two rivets. The longer one has 3 rivets and the tang goes to the end of the handle. The holes drilled in the end of the handles looks a little rough like the bit was dull but that doesn't bother me. I think they are the right size for a small to medium pan. I just got these but if the handles hold up I think they will work great. I like the feel of wood handles and oil my other kitchen knives etc. with coconut oil when they start to dry out. I've had these for 5 months almost now and my complaint is that the screws fall out of them and they become flimsy. I definitely would not put them in the dishwasher.

Edit - Wow. It has been a while since I have seen customer service like this. I had an issue with the holding screws seen below and they contacted me to not only replace the unit but also verify engineering of the product. They obviously care about their product. Updated from 4 -> 5 stars for customer care as well as product care. Highly recommend! Initial post: These worked well for my intended purpose when cooking on cast iron during scout campouts. On our second camp out I realized one of the screws is missing from the larger spatula. Unsure what happened there. Working on a solution but again these do work very well on cast iron (that has been seasoned properly). ... show more
