I was really surprised to see what all you get with this purchase. All of the accessories, as well as the extra set of strings, are all so crucial to aspiring guitar players and I'm glad they were included. The guitar itself (which comes with a decent quality cloth gig-bag) sounds surprisingly good! After I tuned it up (with the included chromatic clip-on tuner) I spent some time on it and noticed there weren't any buzzing frets or anything. The frets themselves could use a good polishing, but that's all I really found as a critique. Overall, I'd highly recommend this to the following: 1. A beginner just starting out 2. Our child is less than 6 months into learning to play the guitar, he has been asking for a guitar so we thought this one was nice for the price point. We received the guitar and it looked nice, but we were having problems with it staying tuned, so I contacted the manufacturer who advised: "Can you try stretching the new strings more to make sure this isn't what is causing the change in tuning? For new strings - Tune them to the correct pitch then wiggle the string side to side to loosen it - then tune back up to the correct pitch and repeat 4-5 times on each string." Great product, comes with everything in the picture and other than the free course, you get free 6 week course to simply guitar lessons So, overall, happy so far. Wish the strings were a bit more comfy

Having fiddled with this guitar for a few days now (no pun intended) and a a person who has not touched a guitar in decades and then only for a few weeks. Also not having touched any instrument for over a decade, I find this guitar a good starting point as long as you also have a good online source of guitar classes. It does seem that the on the bass end some of the notes (?fret placement) seem a bit flat, but overall very satisfied as a starting point for my next endevour. ... show more
