I debated for days whether or not to buy this and kept reading through the reviews and wondering if I could actually do my nails myself using this product. I am SO HAPPY that I bought it!!!! I literally am thrilled with the results! I feel like I went to the salon and had my nails done professionally. That’s how amazing they turned out. I’ve been staring at my fingers and toes for the past few hours lol The process was simple, just a tiny bit time consuming. Here is what I did( and had no polish on prior to starting, so none to remove).. 1. Cut nails 2. Trimmed cuticles and pushed them down with the multi tool in the kit 2. Filed and shaped nails 3. Used the pink nail buffer and buffed the tops of nails 4. Wiped with polish remover to remove any oils 5. One thin layer of the base coat 6. Let it cure under light for two cycles ( 120 seconds). 7. One layer of color 8. Cure 120 seconds 9. Second layer of color 10. Cure 120 seconds 11. One layer of top coat and cure 120 seconds. DONE! Nails turned out great 😊 I’d definitely definitely recommend getting this, just follow directions given and you’ll end up happy with the results . Another tip: if you get polish on your skin, remove it BEFORE you put nails under light, and it comes off!!!! That way a flawless manicure / pedicure . I did this step a few times

I didn’t know what to expect, as I have never even had gels before. I part time bartend and regular nail polish doesn’t cut it. I can’t stand chipping. I sat in bed and did my nails in no time. The light times itself. There are so many colors included. The instructions were super clear and the utensils included are good quality. It does not come with remover, so order that separately. It’s been a week and not one chip. They still look shiny and new.

So, I bought this gel nail kit on a sale and figured why not give it a try. But WOW- it really is just like a manicure! I've done dishes, showered, cleaned my stove etc and not ONE chip so far. Yes, the color bottles are small, but they're plenty for a few uses and at this price point I really can't complain. Plus, the top & bottom coats are larger bottles. It comes with clippers, buffers, cuticle pusher and toe separators too. The light is easy to use and works well. I'm honestly thrilled- I can't afford a manicure at a salon, so I'm happy to have found a product that delivers those results at home :)

WARNING: My toes were burnt by this kit. Mind you I had previously used it twice before with no issues. I nevere used on my fingernails, toenails only. This happened the third time I used it (4 days ago), my toes were itching like crazy at fist and then the burning started hours later. I immediately removed the polish. Same as others posted my toenails show bruising under a couple of my toenails. Not all toes were affected. My big toe and the one next to it on both feet are red, itchy, blisters and burning. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT BUY this kit. I'm hoping this clears up soon as it's very uncomfortable and hard to walk or wear shoes... I'm bummed out because i had loved the kit and how my toes looked great and the polish didn't chip and lasted a long time. :( I guess I'm going back to the salon for pedicures or just using regular nail polish, no gel or UV lights again at home. This should be banned!

Superior quality polish & very good drier. Cures rock hard in just a quick minute. Note: the UV drier is not corded. You'll need a phone cord. I actually like no cord. It's nice not to have to dig behind the sofa. I can just use my phone cord. LOTS of color options but I won't use half. They just aren't my color picks.

I've had this product for a little over 2 months, maybe closer to 3. Overall range of colors is nice for beginners and great that it came with base foundation gel, top coat, and a matte top coat. Colors do require 2 or 3 coats for vibrancy/solid color. My reason for 3 stars: while great value and amount of products you get for beginners (i.e., a reasonably sized nail lamp, nail prep tools, etc.), they have a really harsh chemical smell. Especially the matte top coat. It gives me headaches and i eventually move away from these and did buy other brand products after researching more into recommendations and reading reviews.
