I have been really impressed by this tent. I camped a lot growing up and wanted to get back equipped on a budget. My only hesitation with this tent was the low price - surely you can't get a good tent in that range. I've only used the tent twice and no heavy rains, but it's very well built, easy to set up (one person) and breakdown. It even fits pretty easily folded in thirds into the included bag which has a generous size and a zipper that opens up one side of the bag for even easier loading. Without the rainfly you can see sky on 3 sides and it's very well ventilated then of course. With the rainfly, it's still great and well-ventilated. The small awning with the rainfly on over the door is a really nice touch as well. Really impressed with this tent and would purchase again! ... show more

Horrific storm while using. Did end up with water coming in the bottom, but was in a flood area, bottom floated up on top of most of the water, giving us time to get items & medical equipment on top of bedding without much water damage. Ended up standing in it with ankle deep in water, holding it up against 60mph wind gusts with hail coming down. Multiple tents around us washed away or were broken, but it held up. Lost guide lines on one side of the fly but it stayed on. So pretty good value for money given the circumstances. Did notice the first night that with the fly on, it did retain a lot of heat from the day. ... show more

Haven’t used it yet. Going camping in august. I did set it up in the back yard and it was quick and easy to do by myself. I don’t know yet if it’s waterproof. The only thing is that it says it’s a four person tent but it would have to be 4 really small people. Not a problem for me bc I’m going camping by myself but if you were to go with a family I’d suggest getting the larger model. ... show more

I liked everything except that moisture gets in to the tent by the electric cord access port. I woke up to the bottom of my sleeping bag very damp. Now that I know about it, I am able to fix it so it stays sealed. There was an issue with the zipper and the seller replaced the entire tent, no hassle at all. Overall, I am going to keep it. It is a great looking tent with lots of space when you set it up. The set up was easy and straightforward. However, a small seam ripped between the plastic bottom and the side pretty easily on night one, not particularly thrilled about that.

Camped near the coast on a windy weekend. At night the gusts were pretty intense. Tent collapsed in and tent pole was bent from the pressure of the gusts. Had to get out of the tent in the middle of the night to try and bend it back to a position that would keep it from completely collapsing in on me and my family and having to leave the campsite. Made it through the night but will prob get something different for future trips. ... show more

Put up before trip. Took about 15 min due to instructions appear to be generic for many tents. After that it takes longer to get out of storage bag than to put up. Maybe 2 minutes to have up and another 1 minute for rain cover. Comes down just as easy. Morning dew was caught by rain cover. Floor is great and comes up sides couple inches all the way around. Has hanging pockets that were very handy for phone and lights. Easy to find them since not on floor. Queen air mattress fit snugly. Has shelve in the very top that also was great for small light to sit on or could hang light from. Wife is 5 foot tall and she could stand up in it. I’m 6’2” and I could almost stand. Very comfortable. Rain cover shields door very nicely. Has extra tie downs for tent and rain cover for windy conditions. Well worth the money. Did spray with rain protectant for extra protection. Would recommend buying better tent stakes. Has basic small wire ones included. We bought nice ones that were cheap a nice addition. ... show more
