Perfect on Brie or pizza or a sharp cheese and cracker. Everyone loved it. - This honey arrived fully solid. It’s a brick. Unusable. I understand honey and this is not salvageable with a “warm bath”. I normally don’t write a review on here unless the product either WOWED me or highly disappointed me. This honey definitely WOWED me. I wasn’t expecting it to taste SO good. It’s like no other honey I’ve ever tasted before. I leave it in the fridge and take it out when I want a nice sweet snake. I would definitely try it. 11/29/23: I was recently introduced to hot honey at a wood fired pizza place and I loved it. Decided I should get some for my pantry. I ordered this product and just tried a tiny pea sized amount. Holy hell is it spicy! My tongue and throat are still burning and it’s been 10 minutes.
