I bought this to upgrade my work-from-home system and I think it is perfect for that function. I don't game online, so I don't know how good it'd be for that. I have not needed tech support, so I don't know about that. What I do know is that it is great with Office applications, web browsing, and with media playback. I have two monitors connected to this computer; one 24 inch and one 42 inch. The resolution one both is perfect and the computer has no problems. I recommend this computer.

I'm using this in an unconventional way. It's running "headless" with Proxmox VE with several Linux containers and virtual machines. It also runs MacOS Monterey and Ventura, but not very well. This has an Intel 660p Series internal NVMe disk (model SSDPEKNW512G8) which can write at 1GB/sec until its small internal cache is filled, then it drops to ~100MB/sec (like a slow SSD). Its five exterior USB 3 ports share a single controller. It also has a thunderbolt controller but I didn't test it. It was easy to open and plug in an additional 2.5" SATA SSD hard disk. Regarding MacOS, I wouldn't recommend this as a "Hackintosh" because the built-in hardware isn't recognized (graphics, usb controller, wifi, etc.). Proxmox uses QEMU to emulate the hardware for MacOS. If you're looking for a tiny PC, it might be good to consider "renewed" Lenovo ThinkCentre M900's which have a similar form factor and cost less.

'The About this item' info clearly shows 4*USB3.0 ports. The Technical details say 2 of each 2.0 and 3.0. Actual buyers have reported receiving 4*USB3.0 ports OR 2*USB2.0 and 2*3.0. I was one of the "unlucky ones" to quote another reviewer. I bought this to run Plex Media Server with content attached via 2 Sabrent 3.0 USB docks holding 2 sata drives each. Technically, I have the bare necessity of 2*USB3.0 although inconveniently placed in the FRONT of the device as opposed to its BACK. I suppose the back is a better spot for virtually useless ports in this day and age. Aside from that, the machine is working very well. It's snappy, the PMS works flawlessly so far, running Windows 11 Pro makes a Remote Desktop connection with my other two pc's so controlling the Beelink without monitor/keyboard/mouse is very easy. I'm probably going to keep the pc and try both a powered and unpowered hub with the USB C port. Had this machine come with 4*USB 3.0 ports, it would get a solid 5 stars.

The media could not be loaded. This mini computer is basically a comp in a bag. I am not a technically knowledgeable person so cannot tell you the details of operation or anything like that. What I can tell you is if this thing works for me and looks and sounds good. On all three subjects, the answer is a definite yes. What you are buying is a complete computer that is small enough to take with you in a bag, less cumbersome than a laptop (In my opinion) and it can be set up on any smart TV anywhere. this is basically a plug and play item, I will be purchasing a small keyboard to go with it and will be set to take this little baby with me when we travel.

The first clue that something was sketchy was on the initial bootup, it went through a startup sequence as if it had just been sysprep'ed. I went to change my display settings and it won't let me because windows isn't activated. Can't activate because it says the hardware id changed since installation. Can't do windows updates either. To me this screams of windows license fraud. I've shipped it back and waiting for a refund. I know others reviewed this as a great item but my experience is very different.

Its a very good mini computer for Ubuntu Linux 20. The only caveat is that they don't have a working audio driver for the audio jack on the front faceplate. My workaround has been to use bluetooth audio, which works fine.

This device is advertised as follows: "This mini desktop computer has DC Jack*1, USB 3.0*4". What is strange is that one reviewer here on Amazon claims to have gotten this computer exactly that way. Another got it as USB 3.0*2, USB 2.0*2. That is what was sent to me in March 2023. If you absolutely need USB 3.0 in the back, as I do, this won't work unless you are apparently lucky, and they send you what the item description claims. Also, it's quite odd that you never get a screen shot of the back side where you would connect a lot of peripherals. Is this done on purpose?
