My dog absolutely loved this it was perfect until she teared it up ☺️🤌🏽 Must say that’s something to look out for she is a shepherd and was a bit frustrated from not being out much so do keep that in mind with my review I would say if it had somewhat of a protection against that it would be a 5 stars for me. I was able to wash it so no smell big pro there☺️ Seemed to be a really good quality which tore my heart out when I saw her rip into it 🥹 She has an outdoor kennel and battles with flu so the bed came in great at keeping her warm 😮💨 All in all it’s a great product that was worth the spend I just wish it had an upgrade for the problem I had. ... show more

This is hands down the best dog bed for my wiener dog. The softness is amazing and it provides so much warmth, which my little guy loves burrowing into. The thickness of the cushion is substantial, so it's supportive and safe for his back (a big deal for a dachshund). His pet preference is obvious, he picks this over every other spot in the house. I use this for two Basset Hounds. They love it, and we love the durable, washable cover. I am a 260lb man and there is enough room, and it is comfortable enough, for me to lie down and cuddle the dogs. Well made. Thinking of getting a second one.

Cover NOT WASHABLE! The lower portion unzips to remove mattress, but you cannot wash cover, because the bolsters are sewn completely inside 75% around the edges of the bed! So, if you need to wash the bed, it’s a total loss! I bought the first bed, thinking the size was wonderful for my 8 month old Great Dane pup! Once I had it all set up, it looked great and I placed a second order for my Second dog. Unfortunately, my pup had an accident on the bed the second day, so I immediately raced to remove the cover, because a puddle from a Great Dane is like a lake. When I unzipped the cover, the only thing that I could do, was remove the mattress from the compartment below. There was zero access to the bolstering around the edges of the bed. So I had to take the cover outside to try to wash it by hand as to not soak and ruin the bolsters in the washing machine. It took days to dry out and while I was waiting, I received the second bed in the mail. Sadly, the memory foam mattress on the second bed was defective and I tried to do a return through Amazon. The Rep told me to pack it back up, but since it was shrink wrapped I explained that the mattress was now 53” x 42” x 8” and asked how I was to get it packages back up? She explained that they would just have UPS come do a pick up and to have it with the box that had the cover separately. The next day, UPS came to pick it up and he was very confused. But took it anyway. The following day, a separate driver came and refused, returning it back to me and said that Amazon didn’t know what they were talking about and they could not accept two separate packages, one with no label, that was not wrapped and he needed me to wrap it. Both of these beds have been nothing but a pain in the butt from the day that I ordered them. And had I know that they were coming from CHINA, I would never have ordered them in the first place. SAVE YOUR MONEY! They are cheap, crappy, thin material and they are extremely over-priced for what they are and if you read the description, it states “Remove the zippered cover in seconds and machine wash for easy care.” THAT IS FALSE ADVERTISING!!! ... show more
