We purchased two of the Twin XL Mattress Pads to use with our new Split Cal King Adjustable Bed. The Twin XL says it is 80 inches long and fits up to a 21 inch mattress. Our Split Cal King is 84 inches long, so we were hoping the extra length for the deep mattress would work, and it did! The pad has a nice polyester fill that prevents you from feeling the hard material on the mattress. Just a note, a lot of reviews complain about mattress pads that do not add cushioning to a mattress--these are not mattress toppers, they are mattress pads. These have been great for us. This mattress pad works great and fits perfectly on my CA King mattress with no gaps. I did try to let it breathe for 24 hours to expand and that didn't really do the trick so I tried the company's other suggestion of putting the pad in the dryer on low for 20 minutes and that worked perfectly to fluff it up. Newer RV queen short mattress with a 4 inch memory foam topper needed a extra thick mattress pad. This was on sale under $28 and the reviews were good. Fluffed it in the dryer as it was super compressed. Fluffed up great! Fits perfectly with lots of side fabric. Really a nicely made mattress pad!
