Nicely constructed. Lights and buttons on controllers are large enough to see and use with very little problem. Plenty of wire so placement is easy. The preheat feature is really nice. Auto Off is a great feature and it can be set for more than 8 hours if needed. My only cons are the placement of the plug on the mattress pad. It has a tendency to catch my feet at night. And I wish the time and temp buttons were backlit. If I want to change time or temp I have to turn on a light. All in all I think this mattress pad is a bargain and would buy it again if I needed one for another bed.

Overall very happy with this mattress heating pad. One tiny gripe is that when you set the timer function, it turns itself off but leaves a little dash on the controller screen instead of turning the display off. This is kind of a pain since I try to keep my bedroom completely dark at night, so I can't fall asleep with the timer on without the light from my nightstand waking me back up. Otherwise it's working great, construction quality is good and the heat is even and steady.

This mattress pad cover is amazing. It was simple to put of the bed and plug in. The preheat setting is great. I turn it on for about an hour before bed and get into a nice warm bed. It's a plus that helps with sore backs.

Mattress pad works great! The pre-heat function is very nice. It's being used in in my guest bedroom, which is always colder than the rest of the house. Thought we'd followed the directions exactly, but ended up with the controls on the side that controlled the other side of the bed! It's not rocket science to switch the controls, but two senior citizens rolling around on the floor changing the cords to the correct sides of the bed was a real hoot!

I’ve had heated mattress pads for 20+ yrs and love them so when my old one finally gave out after about 10 yrs, I immediately went to replace it. This had good reviews and seemed like a little bit of an upgrade. It seemed a good value. The pad itself is very soft and I find you cannot easily feel the wires. The first one I received would not heat on the left side. I troubleshooted - there isn’t much to troubleshoot but I did it, and it did not resolve the issue. I contacted Bedsure and heard nothing back. So I initiated a return. No big deal. Things happen. I was confident in this being a one-time issue and just requested replacement. #2 arrived. Set it up. It was heating in the left-YAY. Heated on the right-Yay! Turned off the left, it’s still heating on the left… hmmm. Turned it all the way off. Allowed to cool - in fact waited one day. Turned on right controller-it’s warming the upper third of the left hand side. Are you serious?!? Allowed to cool. Tested connections. troubleshooted, tried again. The right controller is heating the upper third of the left side. The left controller is heating the upper and middle of the left- and not the foot, which is really what I need. I give up. Im returning this second unit and going back to my old brand. This brand appears to have a quality issue. And I’ve still never hear a thing from Bedsure. I’m out.
