Nicely constructed. Lights and buttons on controllers are large enough to see and use with very little problem. Plenty of wire so placement is easy. The preheat feature is really nice. Auto Off is a great feature and it can be set for more than 8 hours if needed. My only cons are the placement of the plug on the mattress pad. It has a tendency to catch my feet at night. And I wish the time and temp buttons were backlit. If I want to change time or temp I have to turn on a light. All in all I think this mattress pad is a bargain and would buy it again if I needed one for another bed.

I liike almost everything about this mattress heating pad: It heats up fast, it is hardly noticible, and it seems like a quality product. The heating selection/hours display is illuminated, but unfortunately, not the controls, so changing temperature or duration is in the dark.

The preheat function really gets the bed nice and cozy and then you can turn it to whatever setting you want and adjust the hours of how long you want to keep your bed warm. With the dual controllers, you are able to keep the temperature for each side separate based on your preference. Highly recommend this heated mattress pad.

Mattress pad works great! The pre-heat function is very nice. It's being used in in my guest bedroom, which is always colder than the rest of the house. Thought we'd followed the directions exactly, but ended up with the controls on the side that controlled the other side of the bed! It's not rocket science to switch the controls, but two senior citizens rolling around on the floor changing the cords to the correct sides of the bed was a real hoot!
