More importantly, the thickness and density of the material make it extremely unsuitable for summer use. The pad retains heat significantly, which created uncomfortable sleeping conditions during warmer nights. I found myself overheating and sweating more than usual. That said, this mattress pad would likely perform excellently during winter months. The thick, insulating properties that are problematic in summer would become beneficial in colder weather, potentially reducing heating costs and providing a cozy sleeping surface. .Comfortable and soft. It definitely makes for a more comfortable bed. It's not super thick but it's got deep pockets so fits most beds. Adds just enough padding to make a slightly too firm a bed bearable. By the way the wave pattern is at the top & bottom.

This was definitely a very good purchase! I wasn't sure what i would be getting but was so pleased to see how well packed and how nice the quality was! it was difficult to find a non-waterproof mattress pad to start offwith. Waterproof is very hot and uncomfortable to sleep on so this was a real find. Also I have an 18" mattess and the casing covered up to 22" it went on very nice and because of the weight of the mattress it was a bit difficult but the casing slipped right on and stayed on!!! I slept very well and didn't wake up onc because i got hot from the waterproofing. Great Produc????

Very comfortable! Fluffed in the dryer about ten minutes then put on my bed. Great cushion, elastic sides that tuck tightly and easily underneath, and so comfortable! Slept better on this than my old previous one of 9 years…lol. Recommend!!

They should not call this a “topper”. That term implies that the item will provide a substantial amount of cushioning on top of the mattress. This item does not do that. It is a fine mattress pad/protector. The material is soft and quiet. However, it is not as pillowy as pictured and does not substantially change the comfort of the mattress. That’s what I was looking for and expected based on the photos and other reviews, so I’m disappointed.
