Have been sleeping on my new mattress about a month now. It’s a medium firm mattress and for the price it’s a good deal. Was a bit of an adjustment switching from an older soft style but am really happy I did. No more morning aches and back pain. My mattress was also smell free from the unpacking.

This senior purchased a new mattress without seeing or testing it. Setting it up was easier than anticipated. The mattress did all the work itself. I waited a day and watched it expand before making it. With a bad back I ordered firm, and the firmness is supportive, yet the mattress is the most comfortable I have ever owned. I'm disappointed because this mattress is advertised as being firm and it absolutely is not. I'm not a heavy person and I sink into it. I wrote the seller asking for confirmation on whether the correct mattress was sent, mistakes happen...I asked twice, but they did not answer that question. I have no idea how I can return a bed in box, have invested time and energy into it, have not other bed to sleep on, spent three days letting it expand, so I feel misled by their advertisement and trapped into having to keep it. I would have spent the $400 on something else if I would have known the mattress is more like a medium mattress, and beyond that, it's actually quite soft. Buyers beware. I'll give the sellers one positive review, they're at least willing to offer a partial refund, which doesn't really help much since I still don't have what I wanted, and they encouraged me to buy a firm topper. I guess I have no choice, but the point of buying a firm mattress is to get a firm mattress, not to get sold something different then told to deal with it.

Very pleased. Such a great mattress and the price is awesome. We let it rest for 72 hours before we put sheets or even sat on it. Think that was important especially after reading reviews. Seems like some just gave it 24 hours….instruction that come with it say 72 hours. Highly recommend.
