This pillow is not for everyone. Mostly to those who have neck pain and issues. It is way to firm for me. It seems very soft yet firm when applying hand pressure but after a few nights it seemed to be really hard to sleep on due to feeling way to firm and not having any give to the weight of my head. So had to send back and trying out another brand. Good luck! Update: I was recently contacted by the seller through VIA email and was politely asked to either remove, change or delete my review. They even tried to see if I would buy another of their products at a discount. Contacted Amazon.

For the past year, I slept on a very expensive "brand name" memory foam pillow, but never found it comfortable -- it was like sleeping on a soft brick. On a whim, I began looking for a replacement pillow and ordered the BedStory memory foam pillow. My search is over! It truly is like sleeping on air! The pillow is compressed into a carefully branded box about the size of a large shoebox. The pillow immediately expanded to full size when I opened the inner plastic covering. There was NO chemical smell like many memory foam products have. Upon inspection, it was obvious that great care went into the manufacturing of this pillow, with tight stitching and durable (soft) material. There is a zipper on the outer cover to remove the inner pillow so I can wash it. I am glad I purchased this pillow. It is high quality, inexpensive and addresses my needs beyond imagination. I highly recommend this product for anyone who wants to sleep on air!

I have had this pillow for a couple months now. I wanted to give it a good run before I gave my review. It has helped me so much with neck pain. I would always get headaches from my pillow being too flat or too high and not having enough support in my neck. This pillow gives me all the support I need. It has not gone flat on me at all. I have not had problems with it getting too hot or too cold. The temperature is always perfect. There really isn't anything negative I can say about this pillow other than I wish I found it a long time ago. Right before I bought this pillow my husband spent gobs of money on another brand and his has gone flat and doesn't support him. So now he uses mine when he's sleeping. He works graveyard and I work day shift so it works out just fine. So I'll be buying another one soon and if my pillow ever goes flat on me😁

On the soft to firm scale, this pillow is indeed medium. It has a little resistance, but will still flatten out under your head. As a second pillow on top of a hard one for lift it works well. It has a very minor odor when first unpacked, but that dissipates quickly. The material does stay cool longer than regular memory foam, but it's not "cooling" relative to a regular pillow. Memory foam traps heat like crazy, but this is about the same as a regular pillow. Unfortunately it's also not very breathable, so while it stays as cool as a regular pillow, you may still get sweaty from laying your head on a plasticky material. Personally I prefer a firmer foam pillow, but for a quick delivery to the grand-in-laws' to replace their busted feather pillows, it was more than adequate.

I want to start by saying I read many any reviews on many different memory foam pillows before I choose this one. So I knew what people liked and disliked about this and other brands. Also I was coming to this pillow from a shredded memory foam pillow, purchased at sams and was very expensive, that I found ridiculously heavy my hubby loves his but I hated mine, which is what lead me to amazon. I purchased 3 gave one to each of my kiddos and one for me. We all love it!!!! It's not to heavy, I thought it would be heavier than it is bc my shredded memory foam one was so very heavy. It's lighter than that one by a lot. The pillow case it very soft and this pillow doesn't require another case on it but I will be adding a water resistant one over my kiddos pillows. Don't think I'll add one to mine it's very comfy as is. This pillow doesn't sleep hot to me and I'm hot natured already so that's a plus. I get hot very easy and my hubby calls me a little heater so I was pleased I didn't feel like it got hot. We have a purple mattress which contrary to what they say it can feel hot esp during texas 100+ summers, but since it's comfy I deal with it. So I was happy this pillow doesn't get hot!!! I am a side sleeper and my son is also. My daughter is a stomach sleeper and this pillow is comfy for us all. It fits nicely on my neck and helped relieve my neck pain some even after the first night. Very supportive! He's something Side note, I was also using a messager to help relieve the strain caused by my other pilllow, but I'd been doing that for weeks as I was on the hunt to replace my pillow. But this pillow definitely helped! My neck/head aren't slanted while I sleep so it definitely helped! I was surprised how fast it puffed up because it was stuffed flat when arrived but within a few minutes it was all they way big. Over-all I'm very happy with my purchase and will purchase again in the future when this one needs replaced.

Fantastic memory foam pillow. Came very well packaged in a nice box. Excellent support and its cool as I sleeps. Resumes original shape very quickly. Got it for my neck ache and has helped very much. Now need to order one for the wife. I highly recommend purchasing this product and telling my friends and family too.
