I bought it to put on top of our twin bed. This mattress pad is thicker than what I used before, and it feels very comfortable to sleep on it at night. The elastic band at each corner makes it tight on the mattress. I found that this mattress pad is machine washable, which is very convenient to clean each month. I also like its materials on the top surface.
