Great mattress for the price. We did purchase the FIRM 14inch Queen. If you sleep on this mattress prior to the 72HR full inflation time, this mattress will be far too firm and uncomfortable. I suggest having a mattress alternative until the inflation is complete. Once inflated, the assumed firmness and comfortability fully met our standards. Our back pain is virtually not existent after only 4 days of mattress use.

Arrived supper fast. About 2 or 3 days early. Unpacked it and it expanded to what looked like full size within minutes, but I let it sit there for 3 days before using it. Never had any chemical smell. Looks and feels pretty good, but it is a bit too firm for my taste. Feels good for sitting on it, but it takes me longer to fall asleep on it and it is more difficult to sleep on my side because it doesn't mold to my body as much as my old mattress. That said, I'm still giving it 5 start because it is a good value for the price and is exactly what is advertised, I was just hopping it was a little softer personally.

Had mattress for two weeks. We wanted a firm one and this is definitely firm. The price was very reasonable and the delivery was quick. Cutting the plastic wrap off the mattress was an interesting process. You could tell that once you reached the point of no return it was going to explode,which it did with gusto. We survived the process with all our limbs still intact and got it easily set up. 😬 Time will tell if it will hold up but so far so good.

It has only been two months, but I am absolutely in love with my bed. It is very firm but not uncomfortable firm. It does still kind of grab you like a cloud so it doesn’t hurt your achy bones,… I did get a 4 inch mattress topper for it which I didn’t need personally, but my husband is a side sleeper so he likes it a little softer. I’m a back sleeper and a side sleeper and it’s perfect for me.. I am very happy with my choice. I was skeptical because normally for this comfortable of a mattress I pay $1500 so I was quite surprised at the luxuriousness of it at that price point so grab one before they realize how wonderful their beds are and they raise their price of sky high. I don’t think you will regret it at all. (I took a picture so you can see how thick it is. It is definitely a full 14 inch. I also have a 4 inch mattress topper on it. That is really more like a 3 inch so it’s about 16 to 17 inches with the mattress topper, but the bed itself is a solid 14 inch,, I’m so sorry I didn’t take a picture of it until I had made the bed and I didn’t feel like making it to take a picture for you but you get the idea)
