Maybe I’m the princess and the pea, but I feel the frame minimally in my back when I use this. I bought it for camping, though and it is comfortable enough for that purpose. If this is used for a bed in the house, get a board to put underneath.

It’s a good mattress, a great value for the price. I bought this based on the many reviews saying how supportive it is. The firmness rating isn’t in the description so I posted the question and Bedstory answered that it’s a 9. I disagree. It feels like a 7 or 8. The top is quite cushioning and soft which is great except it doesn’t give me the support I need for my lower back. My hips sink too much on this which after a few days leaves me with a worsening headache. The first time I slept on it I woke up with numb hands. I have a lot of nerve issues with my hands, nerve snaps and numbness, that are clearly connected with my lower back. Maybe a pinched nerve. So I know my back isn’t supported well enough on this. I have a long flexible spine that needs stabilizing and I am short and fairly overweight. Hip and lower back support are everything for me. I have some ultra firm boat cushion replacement foam which I put down as a topper. Now it’s really good. I will keep this as a topper and I think it will work well. The basic support is there but the pillow top is too soft for me. It has a 10 year warranty. I hope the mattress and my little foam fix hold up over time. ... show more

It was very nice to unbox. I ordered because it says it is a firm mattress. It was the first few night but after that it is like my old mattress. It sags and seems to stay that way so then my sheets do not stay tight but wad up under you when you roll over. We did wait the 3 days it suggested before we slept on it . ... show more

It also seems like it not a queen but for a full size bed! I got my queen bed and I still half a foot of by bed frame that isn’t covered by the mattress!
