I love this mattress so far. I ordered the 14 inch queen size and it's true to size. The bed fluffed up to its full size immediately. I didn't have to wait 3 days. It's really comfortable, not so soft that you sink in, but not hard and firm either. Medium firmness is the right description. My son loves it. The only negative thing I can say about it is when I was taking it out of the plastic it was wrapped in, the top fabric layer ripped. I used the tool that they sent to cut the plastic away, but I still managed to cut a gash into the mattress. I'm putting a mattress cover on it to cover the gash. Luckily its was just the top fabric layer and not the foam. Otherwise, I'm very happy with my purchase so far. ... show more

The bed is extremely comfortable and it is a full 14”, my only issue is that it does not have as firm an edge as I hoped. Bought this for my elderly mom who needs to sit on the edge and swing her legs in but it gives almost too much.
