Purchased 5/26/23 on SALE (YAY!) - So I feel like we got a steal! A few days after purchasing it was $220 more. I love getting a good deal. And I REALLY appreciate when the product is exactly what I'm wanting... This is a large purchase for many, so I want to give you a through review of what I think thus far. I feel like a month of use allows enough time for a fair assessment. Firstly, when we received the mattress we followed the instructions to the letter (VERY IMPORTANT). I think some people that order mattresses don't realize just how important that piece is for the longevity and quality of your mattress. After letting it expand fully w/o any bedding on it for 3 days and nights we finally got to sleep in it. The mattress itself is amazing!! I'm not a mattress expert. Our previous mattress was more memory foam and soft. This feels more like a mattress with a box spring - similar to the ones I had as a child - but SO much better!! On a scale of 1-10 on firmness I'd give it an 8. The mattress itself is soft and comfortable. Bouncy. But it doesn't mold to your shape like the memory foam type mattress. The one thing I don't like is that it feels smaller than a queen. But that could just be error on my part. Going from a king down to a queen mattress... I might not be the best judge on size assessment. However, as we've gotten used to it. I really do love it. I sleep better, don't feel like I toss and turn as much, and don't wake up with awful back/hip aches. Would I have spent $500 on this mattress just reading reviews and not being able to see or feel it? No, it's very doubtful. Just being honest. What I can genuinely tell you is that it's worth it. If you need a mattress that is affordable and will last you should really consider this one. It's a mattress I would have chosen had it been in a store.

We have been having several good and bad experiences with memory foam, the main issue is always too soft (memory foam absorbs too much force) to get off or roll on the bed. My friend heard our complaint and recommend this one, it totally changed our definition of a memory foam bed. The mattress itself is quite heavy as queen size, we had to return 14 inches and get 12 inches because our bed frame can't handle the weight. The firmness is so far the best one I have experienced out of multiple memory foam mattress brands, it's actually firm and bouncy (that's right, bouncy like a regular spring mattress). We have had good sleep for over a few weeks now after using this product, especially since it also relieves back pain if I lay on the bed too long. If you have a similar problem as I experienced above, you should definitely give this one a try.

I have been searching for a good mattress on Amazon for a long time because I was moving. I used to buy mattress at the retail outlet because I was able to try and feel it. This time I have a different idea because the prices are getting more and more expensive. Also, I have to pay additional for shipping. I searched and came across this item. The design looked cool and the price was reasonable. Most importantly, it is made in USA. I ordered it and it was delivered in a few days. It was shrink wrapped in a box so I was able to carry it to the second floor with a friend’s help. I opened and it popped up in a few minutes. The construction was very solid so me and my wife did not interrupted each other while waking up during the night. The softness is as described. I am very happy with my purchase and I recommend to try it as well.

I am 5'4" tall and weigh 129 lbs. I slept on the mattress about 4 or 5 hours the first night and could tell it was already sagging! Body indents on the mattress that have yet to bounce back to a straight line. It’s been 3 days and the thing sags everywhere - hills and valleys everywhere! Also, I was under the impression this is a FIRM mattress - in no language is this thing possibly firm. It’s way, way, way too mushy. Can’t send it back because I had already thrown out the huge box. I wound up going to a brick and mortar real mattress store and getting a new mattress and a box spring. I’m putting this horrible thing in the guest room with a box spring under it and a thick firm mattress topper to put on top it. Hope that works for my guests. Advice: if you previously had a $1500 mattress, do not settle for an inexpensive yet convenient “mattress in a box”. I quickly felt the difference! If you spend 1/3 of your day sleeping, do yourself a favor and just go to a mattress store and get a real mattress WITH COILS! This thing is more like a deflated air mattress, which explains why it can be rolled up and stuffed in a long box. Photos of the mattress on just the 4th day, I slept on it for only 3 nights and this is what it looks like.

I never bought a mattress online. I had an all latex, $3k mattress (!) and after 10 years of wear it started to be uncomfortable. I tried a topper but it didn’t work either. A friend recommended this mattress and I’m so happy I gave it a try. It’s bouncy and just the right amount firmness for my back. I’m delaying to buy a new bed so the mattress is on the floor. I like that there is only one side up and the side touching the ground won’t get dirty. I also think that, if you have a good layering, the shape it doesn’t make sense to flip it over. The side up looks luxurious and soft but don’t feels warm when I sleep on it. It’s a mystery how a good value mattress can be better than a very expensive one but this one is.

We bought two of these Bedstory 14" medium soft beds. I can't believe that they came out of a box...seriously. Once they are expanded they are like mattresses you see and test in a mattress store. The mattresses are firm with some soft give when we lay on them, (my husband is 275' and I'm a curvy girl) we don't sink in at all. We have slept on the mattress three nights now, I feel like I'm getting better quality sleep. I recommend this mattress, if you want a softer experience you might want softer than medium.
