Ever since I was little, I've woken up repetitively to find "the cool side of the pillow". As an adult, at night, I sweat through my clothes and my sheets, down to the mattress. I've been to the doctor for bloodwork and everything else to figure out why I'm always so hot, but nothing obvious has been to blame so I've just suffered..... night after night. I saw an ad for the bedjet and thought it may be worth it, rather than turning the ac down to 69 just to sleep SOMEWHAT comfortably. When I tell you this little machine changed my life, I am being 110% honest. For the first time in forever, I sleep through the night. I can actually wear clothes to bed now, use my covers, and wake up dry. It's been months, and I'm still in shock. My only regret is not buying it sooner. WELL worth the investment. My only complaint is the vent itself. I have an adjustable bed frame with no footboard so it's really hard to keep the hose/vent hugged to my mattress where I want it to be. So far, I've just tucked my comforter around the jet hose to keep it as flush as possible, but it's definitely not foolproof. I'll probably by the alternate flat host and cloud sheet soon. Style Name: BedJet 3 - Any Size Bed Single Temp...
For years I have had frequent summer nights where I lie in bed uncomfortable and thinking if I could just rig a fan to blow under the covers I would be comfortable. I could crank the AC way down but I am on the 2nd floor, I'd have had to have it it at 68 all night. I didn't want to use so much energy. So I just endured the warm nights and dreamed of some sort of bed fan. Well that is exactly what the Bedjet does. And it works great. I am not even using the special cloud sheet yet, I just put the blower between my fitted and normal sheet. So it is sort of like a cool breeze on me under the sheet. Unlike one other reviewer who didn't seem to like it that way, I think its fine. Maybe when I get the cloud sheet I will change my opinion, but I think it is perfectly fine without it. The remote is also great, it is well lit but not too bright, lots of info on the screen and you can control everything. The price is higher than I would expect (it's kind of just a very fancy fan with a remote -- I guess it can also heat but I doubt I will ever use that) but I have been sleeping so much better so totally 100% worth the price. edit: I wanted to add some additional information. Some reviewers were complaining about the remote. I haven't had any issues with it. It was linked already when I first used it and it has never unconnected to the fan unit. It is easy to see in the middle of the night because the buttons are all lit. The screen tells you the exact speed and temp and time left. If I wake up and want to adjust the speed (it does happen because the room cools as the night progresses), it is simple and just takes a moment. One reviewer said you could just get a hydroponics fan with some ducting and have the same thing for much cheaper. Maybe so, but I'd give up the ease of making that middle of the night tweak. I'd have to get out of bed and go adjust the fan by hand, it would be much more disruptive. A few others complained that it's just blowing your room air over you. For me that works great. But my room is never really hotter than about 78. But even at that temp I never run the fan at full, because I would wake up later very cold. ... show more

I have had it for a few weeks. My only feedback negative feedback is they need to include the special sheet for cooling. It will not work for cooling without the top sheet. Without the sheet, it is just like not having any blankets on the bed and having a fan/ac blow directly on you. For cooling expect to spend another $130ish (queen) for the top sheet. Amazon did not have the single zone sheet so I got one directly from Bedjet. That said it is working well. I may end up using my actual sheet under the special top sheet. ... show more

    • A must have for people experiencing severe night sweats
Style Name: BedJet 3 - Any Size Bed Single Temp...
I take an SSRI and one of the side effects is night sweats—and I mean VERY severe night sweats. I love the positive effects of my medication but waking up drenched in sweat or waking up in the middle of the night due to overheating has been a miserable experience. I’ve tried every cooling blanket out there and nothing seemed to help. I bought the BedJet and while the price tag was high, I thought it was a potentially high reward and minimal risk since I had the ability to return it. I’m so glad I decided to purchase! I wake up feeling rested and I’m no longer waking up in the middle of the night feeling like I just jumped into a pool with my pajamas on. I started to think maybe it was a placebo or that perhaps I had only tested the product on cool nights until I had to spend the night at a friend’s place and without the BedJet my sweating was just as terrible as before despite completely normal weather conditions. The air that circulates through the sheet can only get as cold as your house, so don’t expect freezing cold air unless your house is freezing cold. That said, the circulation of air alone is enough to keep me cool and not sweaty. The biggest con is that the device itself is clunky and in the way. I have a small bedroom and there’s no clearance under my bed to put the BedJet so it just sits beside my bed and is honestly a fire hazard. I periodically wake up in the middle of the night to use the bathroom, forget it’s there, stub my toe, and SCREAM but that’s obviously user error. If you have a bed that sits higher up with more under bed storage space this shouldn’t be an issue for you. Despite the toe stubbing dilemma, I use this product every night.
