I was pleasantly surprised with this duvet. When I first took it out of the package I didn’t think I would like it simply based on how the material looked. It had a sheen to it so I was worried it would be super cheap and not breathable. It fluffed up really nicely out of the package and had a good weight to it. I got over the material once I realized I wouldn’t see it once I put it inside a duvet cover. The duvet is nice and warm which will be great for cold Northeast winter nights. The fluffiness makes it super cozy, perfect for snuggling under. My only other issue is it doesn’t hang over the sides of the bed much. I would almost consider sizing up to the next bed size to have more of an overhang on the sides. Otherwise, it’s a win! ... show more

This duvet insert is great! It looks just like the pictures. It's very warm and comfortable and I love having it on my bed, especially since it's getting colder out. It's really nice and my husband loves it too, it's super warm and cozy.

This works great as a duvet insert. It’s fluffy and has the ties on the corners to fit inside a duvet cover. I probably would not use this as a comforter alone, the material is kind of like a sleeping bag, so not very soft. Overall though it’s a good value for the price and happy that I got this.

It is a bit on the light side but sometimes that can be good when you have other sheets and such. I love the darker blue color. The material is soft with I think is a thin cotton inside. It expands a bunch after it comes out of the bag.

I've utilized this duvet primarily as a comforter. It indeed provides ample warmth, especially on colder days. However, the material tends to make it slide off the bed, which can be a bit inconvenient but not a big problem.
