I bought this twin-size bed tent for son, and it has been worth every penny. If you struggle with light sensitivity or just want a "cozy cave" feeling, this is exactly what you need. What I love about it: Excellent Light Blocking: This isn't just thin fabric. It does a great job of darkening the space. Smart Ventilation: I was worried about it getting stuffy, but the mesh windows and multiple door options provide great airflow. My son is special needs and gets overwhelmed easy. He also has sleeping issues. I had heard tents were helpful and figured it was worth a shot. Well, my son will not sleep without his tent now! It is permanently setup on his twin bed and he loves it! It truly is room darkening which is an additional benefit. He loves the little lights that came with it, and they help calm him down in his tent when he gets a little overwhelmed during the day ❤️ My only complaint is setup was not easy. The poles are of course pressured into their slots so getting the last two in is a massive test of patience. We work very hard to take good care of the tent, as I have zero desire to ever set one up again. However, it has made a world of a difference for our son, and we love it!

Got this for my son for Christmas. The star lights are very bright and use 3 batteries. Okay blackout effect if that’s what you’re looking for. The tent seems to be of decent quality. I just barely got it up so I don’t know for sure yet. As for the 3 star rating. The instructions are garbage, the tent is a huge pain in the a$$ to set up. Took me 3-5 tries, a lot of cussing, hurting myself fighting with the tent and mattress before I managed to get the d@mn thing on the bed. It does not go on like a sheet. You have to muscle the corners of the mattress into it after the poles are in, unzipping helped. Such a frustrating product, hope the kid is happy.
