I ordered 77 inch slats for my king bed because my bed measured 77 inches and not 76 or 76.5 inches like a majority of the shops here on Amazon only offer. Each slat fit perfectly without side-to-side movements. I ordered the 3-inch-wide version for added coverage and stability. The slats do come with screws and even a few extras for the just in case situations. Installations didn’t take me any time at all because the holes were predilled at the right position. It’s a long story. The beginning when I received the item, 7 blocks can see small dark points, as for bed board, hopefully perfect quality. I leaved negative comment, decided to exchange it. But it’s too heavy to carry it to UPS. Usually I walk half hour to return items as good chance for exercise. Packed half and save the good ones, I think will pay half price for this item. so it’s much easy to carry on to car. After I packed the big package, saw information , I can leave this heavy package at building concierge. No need worrying about how to carry on to UPS store. So happy. After late, I can’t find the website window how to let the company know, I want to pay half price as I only sent half back for return. Exchange item came back too fast to expect. Look the good item, don’t know how to do, I had no chance to return another half put it at building concierge. So, I thought if I didn’t put the first picture show to public comment, it may equal as the price . The idea makes me feel peace and forgot above. After long time, I saw Amazon show me what I leaved messages about this item, it’s the first time I wrote the comment, it’s negative , I feel very sorry remember it should be delete but why it’s not yet ? Today, back to this item, want to say, I got very best quality wood bed boards , and also used them to different ways. Always thankful. And thanks the company quickly changed good quality products.

I ordered replacement board frames for my son’s loft full size bed. I saw these, cheaper than other ones I’ve seen online. What I liked most about these is that I was able to choose the size of the boards whereas everywhere else it was a one sized fits all. These came with the nails and holes in the boards making it easy to assemble. I gave my son the power drill and let him do it himself! The board down the middle of this bed I already had for additional support it did not come with this set. The quality is good for the price. Highly recommend

Received the slats perfectly cut to a specific size. Everything was/is great except there were no screws included as advertised. I wrote to them via product support and its been a few weeks and never heard back. Everything with the slats was/are excellent except they dont include the screws as advertised nor do they respond either. Its annoying. Other than that they are perfect.

Our vintage Ethan Allen bed frame needed extra slats to support our new mattress. We purchased and returned a bunkie board because it did not fit properly and was too heavy. Mattress manufacturer recommended wood slats over metal slats to allow the mattress to breathe. After already visiting the hardware store we were prepared to purchase the wood and rip it down ourselves when we stumbled across this product on Amazon. The easiest best solution by far. Just recommend that you countersink the screws.

I had bought another set of slats for my queen bed but they were not wide enougb. I was so happy to find these available in slightly wider size. They fit great on my bed and offer good support for my mattress. Set comes with screws but I didn’t use them. One plank had a natural blemish giving it a weak spot but I just placed it at the end of my bed where there is less weight. Otherwise the planks very nice quality pine. I opted for the 1 inch thickness to make them extra sturdy. They were even delivered four days early. Very pleased, thank you. Slept with peace of mind last night, first night using the new slats.

These slats are most ideal for homeowners like myself with absolutely homeowner DIY ability, people for whom the prospect of cutting wood is a whole different universe of complexity. Because only people like us would pay this price for some frankly thin slats lacking in quality control (some are warped and some are actually curved as if the person who originally cut the wood could not follow a straight line). But the great advantage is that I do not have to cut my own slats to size, something that I've heard you can do with lumber at Home Depot but the prospect is terrifyingly complex in my mind. Anyways, these also come with holes for screws. But I would not recommend these. Specifically, I would not recommend screwing these to your bed because I did that, and due to something - maybe the warping, maybe the tension of the slats and screws, afterwards I put on the mattress and when my husband sat on the bed heavily there was an alarming sharp "crack!" sound. Fortunately, it did not actually crack, but we could hardly have a guest bed that could at any random moment if you sat on the edge sound like a gun shot. So, that's the problem, here's the solution: velcro. Specifically, you can buy velcro brand velcro that has heavy duty adhesive on one end and the velcro on the other. Stick that on to the slats and the bed frame and they will not make shocking noises but also the slats will not move or otherwise grind wood against wood.
