Excellent pillow I've had this for several months now and I'm still happy with it. Much better quality than many of the other shredded memory foam pillows I've seen on the marketPros: very comfortable. minimizes tossing and turning while sleeping (i used to wake up with my sheets and covers all over the place but not anymore). easy to fluff. easy to open up and adjust the amount of memory foam in the pillow if it's feeling too soft or firm.Cons: It will get flatter but lets face it every pillow does. The shredded memory foam will press together inside the pillow. I just fluff it a bit and pull the shredded memory foam apart when this happens and it works pretty well. outer pillow case can get a little fuzzy.I understand everyone has their own sleeping preferences but definitely give this pillow a shot at least. I have been using this pillow for almost a year and no other pillow is good enough now. When you first open the packaging it does have a faint odd smell but that goes away after a few uses. After some adjusting with the amount of foam I found my perfect comfort level and since then we've lived happily ever after. I use to just buy the cheap pillows from the store and was always disappointed especially after a few months passed and they lost their magic so I decided to turn to the internet. The price tag seemed steep but the reviews were great so I went for it. Now that I've owned the pillow for a year and have experienced the comfort and quality I've realized it is beyond worth the money. My boyfriend loves it too. So much that he stole it from me for about a week and I could tell a major difference in my quality of sleep so I took it back from him and well, he bought one of his own! FIRST, this pillow comes with a 100-day guarantee. I love that it is washable, the quality of the foam, and you can adjust it to your needs. I have scoliosis and really bad neck problems that require cortisone shots. I tried all sorts of pillows to no avail.
