The pillows come vacuum packed, but they were busting out of their packaging (inside the shipping box). They were TIGHTLY packed in their bag, in a plastic wrap, and in a vacuum sealed bag. Use caution if using a scissors or box cutter when opening these pillows in case you slice the pillow(s). They are fine quality and they fluff up well. They do not come with a pillow case. They also do not have a zipper; the pillows are sewn closed. They did include washing instructions on their tags.

Love how big the pillow is, it does feel better than a hotel pillow and I can see it use it as the main pillow for most people. I do like my pillows to be a tad more firm than this, so not sure if it will be my main pillow, just trying it for the time being. However, that is not to say, is a bad pillow at all, just comes down to preferences. I'm a side sleeper, so the thickness of it, works great for resting on it, I just feel like my head sinks a tad more than my preference. My partner on the other hand, likes that difference. Overall, is a great pillow and if you are looking for some softy comfortableness, look no further. I love the black edging, and it does feel great to the touch.

Comfortable, fluffy, king sized bed pillows that are not too hard and not too soft. I sleep on my back and my husband sleeps on his stomach, yet we both found these pillows comfortable. It's unusual to find one pillow that we can both use to get a good night's sleep, so I intend to reorder when I need pillows again. These would also make great pillows for the guest room because they are so comfortable no matter what position your guests sleep in.
