I was disappointed that I could feel the individual shreds of foam through the cover and my pillowcase. I did a good deal of adjusting the foam, and I could not get an amount that worked well for being a petite, side sleeper. Either the loft was too high to make it firm for me or the loft was right but my head would sink into the pillow. It was good quality and it had lots of fill, if that is something you like.
