My number one complaint regarding volumizing shampoo and conditioner is likely the complaints both receive... I have nearly waist length, baby fine hair. That said, it absolutely lacks any volume of its own and therefore compels me to try various volumizing products. Whether it be a styling product or a shampoo and/or conditioner, I DO anticipate it will alter the texture of my hair. If it does not, I am pretty much left with the volume lacking head of hair I already have, right? So it bothers me when reviews come in claiming this very thing, complaints that hair feels "different." Ummm... You asked for different, yes? You wanted volume, right? So here are the things I consider, and how I feel this product line rated. Shine is a biggy. These products did not add shine but more importantly did not lessen the shine I already have. Two thumbs up. Tangles, another biggy. These products did not seem to make my hair any more or less tangly. Two thumbs up there. What did the iron do? My hair took to the iron BETTER than it does without using these products, meaning it straightened and laid nicely and took and held curl nicely without ANY ADDITIONAL products. Definitely two thumbs there. Lastly, I consider smell. My head smells delicious, like a big bouquet of Smarties sweet tarts. I can't imagine why that would upset anyone! In conclusion, my hair does feel a wee bit different, AND I EXPECT THAT. It does appear to have more volume. My ponytail even feels a bitter fatter. Just know that good volumizing products do and will give your hair a slightly different feel. That's the VOLUME you just purshased, Baby!

I have used Matrix Amplify for 5+ years. Decided to try this on a whim and I’m so glad I did. Smells so incredible, like unicorns or something - unicorns and rainbows and hard candy. The smell is just a side gig; this stuff is wonderful! It gives my fine hair so much volume, but with incredible softness. The conditioning gel is so lightweight, like a detangler. Big hair, touchability and heavenly scent. I’m smitten!

I love the fragrance of the duo and so does my husband. The shampoo does the job and it does give me some volume but the conditioner is very hard to get out. Since they are big bottles, it takes 2 hands to squeeze the conditioner out of the bottle and that's with the bottle still full. The shampoo comes out very easily. I wish Tigi could work on getting the conditioner to come out as easily as the shampoo. It would be nice if it has a pump for each. I would pay extra for a pump, it sure would make it easier to use in a shower where your hands are already slippery. I am coming back for just the shampoo because my husband doesn't use conditioners and so with him using my shampoo, the shampoo goes much quicker.

I don't understand how this has a high rating on here. Thought this brand to be good quality but I was very wrong. This stuff is the worst thing I have ever used. Left my hair with a weird residue. Conditioner is worthless and does not moisturize in the slightest. My hair is naturally pretty healthy but this stuff made it look terrible. Absolutely would not recommend and is a waste of money.

Was exactly what was advertised, large size bottles in a two pack. Mine came with the tiniest blemishes on the bottle probably from transportation or storage, but other than that the product smells great and arrived otherwise unharmed. I highly recommend BedHead volumizing shampoo and conditioner for people with straight flat hair LOL A wash, condition, and blow dry leaves my hair fresh and bouncy for almost 3 solid days, I have oily hair so anything over two days is a blessing :)

I've been using this for about 3 weeks so i could leave a true and honest review of this product. I have extremely long past my waist, thin, flat, straight hair. My hair tangles by just moving my neck. So I've been looking for something that could give my hair texture and volume to help it not get so tangeled as my hair lady said it was due to the fact that my hair is so straight and fine. I had high hopes for this, especially for the price, but I wasn't amazed. I'm giving it 3 stars because of the smell, I LOVE the smell, although I wish it stayed longer. This other than the smell does nothing for my hair, unfortunately. Idk if it's just because my hair is too long there's no hope for volume or what, but, it didn't do a thing except make it smell good. On top of all that a pump top didn't come with it, and my conditioner bottle was only half full. Also, the conditioner is EXTREMELY hard to squeeze out of the bottle.

My hair was going through alot of changes and was extremely dry and damaged. This shampoo made my hair so silky clean and shiney. And the gel conditioner is amazing. You will feel and see the difference after the first use but after just a few uses, everybody gonna notice! 😀

First off, this product had come damaged. Leaked all over the box but since Amazon is so amazing to their customers, they refunded me and told me to do what I wanted with the rest of the product. I hate waste so I decided to use the half that was left. Not sure if it’s my hair type because I have SUPER full, thick, hair that goes passed my buttocks. Lol I’ve never had this issue with any other shampoo/conditioner before but after it dries, it feels as if a residue is left behind. No matter how long I rinse, it seems I never get it all out. Have it 2 stars ⭐️ cuz it smells good but will never use it again.
