    • It works
It looks nothing like the OEM thermostat I replaced on my 2011 Civic, but it fits and works. My old thermostat was stuck partially open and my mileage dropped from 33MPG to 28MPG. After installing the replacement thermostat, I'm back to 33MPG. It has paid for itself after 2 tank full already. The gasket was what sold me, but I don't know if I needed it or not, since the OEM gasket came off clean and could have been reused. For the dollar or so difference, it's a safer bet to go with a thermostat that includes a gasket. ... show more
