I’m very pleasantly surprised by this mirror! Similar ones are much pricier so I didn’t think this would be as good of quality but it SO is! The metal is great quality, the glass is thick and doesn’t do any weird distorting like some cheaper mirrors. The thing is HEAVY and so expensive looking. It was packaged super well with lots of styrofoam and even a wooden border around the whole box. Thats why I was surprised that the first one that arrived did come completely shattered. BUT the replacement process was so easy which is why I’m not knocking off any stars. They sent a new one as soon as I initiated the return instead of waiting to send a new one until it was picked up which was nice. And UPS came to pick it up first thing the next morning. Overall, this a very beautiful and luxurious looking (and feeling) mirror. The ONLY thing is that the stand that props it up in the back is a bit cheap and doesn’t look the cutest but still performs just as it is supposed to and most people put these in corners or against walls so you can’t see it anyway. Very happy with this purchase and I will be ordering another one for downstairs as well.

I never leave reviews but feel like I need to for this. I was so nervous to order this mirror. I was worried that the mirror would have a bit of a bend to it or it would come cracked, but it is EXACTLY what I wanted!! It was packaged and delivered so carefully and looks great leaned up against my wall. The only concern I have is the stand does not seem stable, but I didn’t need a stand as I knew I wanted it up against the wall. For reference, I ordered the 71” x 32” mirror because I’m 5’7 and wanted a taller mirror. I’ve had it for almost a month now and I love it!

It's far from perfect!. When I ordered this mirror it looked so beautiful on the site. In person, the frame/color is very nice but after examining the mirror it had 2 major issues! 1. It's not easy to hang at all. The 2 holes for mounting the mirror to the wall are so uneven! Didn't realize it until I saw it on my wall all crooked!!! (I was so mad!) 2. In front of the mirror it has a stain that looks like a squish bug or like if it's cracked. (it's not) Overall if this mirror didn't have those 2 issues it would've been a beautiful mirror to display! But unfortunately it's not! SORRY...NOT WORTH THE HEADACHE!

First things first - The majority of the negative reviews are based on the condition that the mirror arrived to them in... the company has clearly taken these reviews into consideration and improved shipping methods. The mirror was delivered in a cardboard box with a very large “fragile” sign. Within the cardboard box was a wooden box surrounded on the top and the bottom with styrofoam and all the edges with cushion. The mirror arrived to me with no damage and a note that says they have tried to improve shipping methods and if there is any damage contact them directly ASAP so they can make it right. Now the rest - The mirror is a good size for a good price. I was under the impression the frame would be a thin black metal but it is a very cheap thin plastic. Like the cheap picture frames from Walmart. I’m sure I could have read and found that out so that’s my bad. It doesn’t look too bad but it’s just not as elegant as I wished which is disappointing for the price which is the reason I took a star away. Luckily I got mine on prime day for a deal which is what I’d recommend. Edit to add: NOTE there are two sizes!!! I noticed some reviews said the mirror was much smaller than the pictures shown. The bigger one is pictured (23.5 in wide) but there is also a smaller option that I think it may default to (15.7 in wide) - if the bigger one isn’t showing up it is out of stock.
