I am always in search of eye creams that will help with brightening my under eyes. Unfortunately, since I was younger, I've suffered with a hollow shadow under my eyes. It's just the way my bone structure is sadly :/ so I'm always looking for creams or anything that can brighten the area and help it look a little less dull. I read about this on a skincare subreddit, so I decided to give it a try and I am so glad I did! After about a week, (of using it morning and night) I noticed a significant difference under my eyes. They were brighter, definitely less dark in the corners, and even the fine lines seemed to fade a bit. I've been using this cream now for months and I really wish I would have taken before and after photos! It's very disheartening to read reviews only to find that it doesn't work... and while it's true that some products may work on one person and not on another, there are a lot of people who will write good reviews because they are either paid to by the companies, influencers, etc... and that's why I feel like giving an honest review is so important, because there are so many people like me who are searching and spending their hard-earned money on products hoping they will work. I can tell you with 100% honesty this product is wonderful! I have fair skin which makes the hollows a bit more prevalent and this has brightened my under eyes significantly. The consistency is silky and creamy not overly thick but not watery. My skin just seems to suck it in quickly, and it doesn't leave any residue or stickiness. I don't know there is a scent, if there is any, it's more of a clean smell, nothing "perfumey". (if that is even a word haha!) So to sum it, up it gives my skin a wonderful glow, it hydrates without an oily or sticky feeling, leaves my skin soft and radiant, allows for a smoother makeup application, and it is a daily and nightly staple in my skincare routine!

Milia is my biggest worry when it comes to eye treatments so I'm cautious when trying anything new for the undereye. This formula has been a pleasant surprise because it's lightweight and doesn't cause any issues. The encapsulated retinal delivers the targeted benefits of a retinoid without causing dryness. It's a silky lotion texture that absorbs quickly without leaving a film. Because it's so gentle it's easy to stretch its use beyond the eyes too. Applying it to smile lines, the crow's feet area and stubborn dark spots works remarkably well. It melts into my skin and provides a plumped, hydrated look that makes the undereye area look refreshed. The flexibility of this serum is a major benefit. On busy mornings or bare skin days when makeup isn't on the agenda it wears comfortably on its own. For evening use it layers well under a richer cream to seal in all the benefits overnight. While more clinical and high end eye treatments still hold the top spot for my primary routine, this is a good, dependable choice for everyday use.

This serum is the single most helpful skincare product I’ve found. EVER. It actually works on my aging skin! I hadn’t been kind to my skin. In fact, it’s been a bit abused and is quite sun damaged but I’ve managed to stave off more damage and seemingly reversed some of the effects by trying (and frequently failing) through experimentation. This serum stands out as the most helpful - without question - for one problem area which is the dark circle area beneath my lower eyelids. I’m not saying it lightens it - no, it doesn’t. But it certainly looks more like newly ironed linen instead of crepey bags. I’ve just reviewed about five new skincare products that I’ve been trying out for the past several months. This was the one that stands apart. It made a genuine difference. It’s very light, gentle, and unscented and it literally smoothed my under eye area. I was shocked one morning just looking in the mirror at my under eye area. I now have a skincare regimen that I try hard to follow, so adding this very inexpensive option led me to marked improvement with a noticeable, visual difference. A little goes a long way too so it’s not something you have to slug on every night. I hardly know it’s there and by morning it has been absorbed and isn’t just sitting there waiting to be washed off! And it’s not like I had to wait for 6-8 weeks like other serums, particularly those that lighten dark spots. This provided near immediate results. Perhaps two days which is a guess but it was quick. There are few things more disappointing when it comes to failure following great reviews and viral products. This one delivers. Definitely recommend and very highly too!

I didn’t really stick with this one every single day, so I can’t speak to long-term dramatic results, but I did like it while I was using it. The serum feels really lightweight and smooth going on. It absorbs quickly and doesn’t leave any sticky or greasy residue, which I appreciate around the eyes. It also didn’t irritate my skin at all, which is usually my main concern with eye products. When I did use it, my under-eye area looked a bit more refreshed and less puffy in the mornings. Nothing crazy or instant, but enough that I could tell it was doing something subtle. The main issue for me was just consistency — I wasn’t disciplined about using it every night, so I probably didn’t give it a fair full trial. That’s more on me than the product. Overall, it felt like a high-quality, gentle eye serum that probably works best with regular use. Based on my experience, I’d give it a 4/5.

I really like this eye serum. The texture is lightweight and creamy, spreads easily around the eye area, and absorbs well without feeling sticky or heavy. Not my favorite eye cream I wanted to really like this Beauty of Joseon eye cream, but unfortunately it didn’t work very well for me. The texture is nice and it’s easy to apply, but I didn’t notice any significant improvement around my eyes. I also experienced some slight irritation after using it, so I had to be more careful with how much I applied. Since the skin around the eyes is very sensitive, this was disappointing for me. Overall, I wouldn’t say this product is terrible, but it simply wasn’t a good match for my skin. There are other eye creams that I prefer and that feel more comfortable around my eyes, so I personally wouldn’t repurchase this one.

I’m 56 and I’ve tried various eye creams, from expensive to budget-friendly, but none improved my skin around my eyes. Some looked okay while wearing them, but only temporarily. I spent $90 on eye creams, but excessive wrinkles made it difficult to apply makeup. Heavy moisturizers and petroleum-based slugging failed to work. Then I tried the BOJ eye serum, expecting little. Surprisingly, it transformed my skin from crepey and wrinkled to smooth and plump. I can’t over state my results - it’s incredible. This serum is simple, gentle, and very effective. I’ve begun using the BOJ eye serum around my mouth and neck, and I’m seeing some improvement there too. I’m committed to daily use both morning and night. I now buy it regularly and have a backup ready. It’s so effective that I’m not interested in trying anything else.
