OK I don’t really use this with a phone for daily use. Can’t beat Bluetooth for ease of use w phone. This is an excellent headphone for a laptop. Just order 2 more so I can’t still get one with a plug. I use all day. Going on 6 years. Very heavy cord for ear bud design. My 6 year old set still works though a little beat up. I got the cable yo-yo to store these in my bag. That’s the key to longevity, along with the thicker cords. BTW the sound quality is much better than my new AirPod Pros. I’ve been using these headphones for over three months, and they’ve worked well for me. The sound is acceptable—not professional quality, as it tends to be a bit sharp—but for work, listening to music, or watching videos, they perform just fine. They do have a small design flaw: one of the little covers on the earcup fell off. However, it was easy to fix with a bit of glue and it went back in place without issues. Still, if you’re very perfectionistic about details, this might bother you. Other than that, it’s a very good purchase for the price. DON’T BUY!! These ear buds have no bass at all. They sound worse than the $10 Walmart ear buds I have. TOTALLY DISAPPOINTED! I would leave a zero star rating if it were possible.

I'm pretty sure these are fake. I couldn't find a serial number. The case they came with is definitely fake. The "b" logo is backwards. I got the "deats" by dre. They actually sound pretty good all things considered. The cord is pretty short.
