Bought this for grandson for Christmas. He absolutely loves it. I used them once to hear the quality for myself. The noise canceling is great. The volume gets too loud for me, but I would just set it lower. Overall a good purchase.

    • Failed In 7 Months
I purchased these headphones and they worked fine for 7 months. I also purchased a warranty, since they were refurbished and it was offered on the same page (I figured better safe than sorry). After 7 months, the left side stopped working followed by the right side 3 days later. I tried to use the warranty, and was told the headphones were still under warranty through Apple. I contacted Apple and they said the headphones were no longer under their warranty as they had been refurbished. They gave me a repair price of $299, over $100 more than the headphones cost. So now I have a $180 pair of non-working headphones that nobody will cover. If you have to have Beats, I recommend purchasing new, rather than refurbished. ... show more

    • Good Headphones. Note. Stop working in the cold.
I live in Boston Mass and it can get pretty cold here. I would note that the headphones stop working if you're wearing them out in the cold. Anything like possibly below thirty degrees seems to be the very rough cutoff point, and the headphones suddenly stop working and say that they're out of battery no matter how charged they are. Once the headphones are warmed up they start working again. Same thing happens with iphones and all other electronics but with the beats it's very easy to happen since they're not in a pocket but exposed to the cold atop your head. But good very sturdy headphones have done me well in the gym. ... show more

    • I wouldn’t recommend anyone to buy these.
My kids literally got these on Christmas Day and they started peeling on the ear cushions a couple days later.

    • we aren't even a month from christmas they have been used 2x and they are falling apart!
I bought these for my youngest daughter for Christmas and they came as they should but we aren't even a month out from Christmas she has put them on her head 2x and they are starting to fall apart. they don't hold a charge at all! they did not come in a beats by dre box or with the right charger. i work hard to provide certain things for my children and this is very frustrating! very disappointed with this item ... show more
