At first, I hesitated about this kit, because there are no measurements to be found in the listing. Just that it’s supposed to ’only’ work with HF tire changers. I had no HF unit to measure on (can’t even get HF products in Sweden) so I bought the kit a bit blindly. I have a Sealey TC960 changer, which has a 2” (51mm) top cap, and to my great joy, it fit perfectly! No mods whatsoever needed to the tire changer - I just greased up the bearings a little, and on it went. The bearings and locking collars were the main reason I wanted this model. I have done 16” and 17” tires so far. It works great, and I can only give my warmest recommendations. My new favorite tool. For this price, it is an absolute bargain imo. Hopefully this info can be useful to someone else wondering if it will fit your changer.

Definitely improves manual tire machine functionality , Nite and Day difference! I did modify the crossbar. I cut and rewelded it so it was 4 inches higher to leave room for upper tire bead when removing lower tire bead! The adding of the bearings removed all play from duckhead, good design.

Good value when coupon is available, If I were to make it from scratch it would cost me around 80 percent of the price. This went together quickly, secures the assembly to the Harbor Freight screw head. So it stays as a unit, doesn't move around, makes it painless, Be sure to remove wheel weights before attempting to use this product, You will need a 6 allen head wrench and a 14mm wrench to complete assembly. Great quality overall, Took around 4 mins to break bead using the HF tool, then dismount old tire and install new tire with this Add-On.

Works as advertised, best up grade for manual tire changer. Would suggest a larger cone purchase for large suv and light truck wheels. I’ve saved money and time not going to the dealer using a manual tire changer.

Swapped out a set of tires for my truck using a DIY duck bill bar. It was a bit of work and took a while. I bought this set up and I was able to swap out a set of 4 tires in about 20 minutes per tire. Faster easier and a lot less frustration. Made the job easily 50% easier. Would highly recommend. This does work on my Harbor Freight red manual tire changer. The only part that did not work was the centering cone. The paint is to thick. I will probably grind off the powder coating when I have more time. I find it easier to just leave it a little loose and run the duck bill around the rim to center it then tighten it down.
