We LOVE this chair. I wanted something I could put in front of our fireplace that would look good and be a cozy spot to sit and read. This chair is perfect. It looks nice, it’s very comfortable and now everyone in my family fights over it. It’s perfect size for my dogs to sit on it with me. It’s made of memory foam so it’s firm enough but still comfortable. I think it will last longer and keep its shape better than a normal bean bag chair over time. It’s a great value for the money and I may end up buying another one. UPDATE: I ordered a second chair to match the first one. But, they sent me the wrong color chair. So, I contacted customer service and they wanted to refund me $20 to keep the chair. Since it didn't match, I didn't want to do that. So, I asked to return it. Then they sent me a shipping label that require ME to pay for the return shipping despite the fact that they had sent the wrong item! I got Amazon customer service involved and they ended up refunding my money and letting me keep the chair due to high shipping costs. It took a little work but the ended up being more than generous.

DO NOT BUY THIS, Actual product looks nothing like the stock photos. The chair never expanded to the dimensions shown. The back of the chair seems to lean way back, never stands upright and provides very little support. I tried to return it but, it appears, I must pay the return postage.

Let chair sit for 48 hours before using it and it never got to as thick as it looks in the picture but still a comfy oversized chair. My 14 year old son loves it in his game room.

This bean bag chair is a great addition to my room. I wanted a comfortable place to sit and relax that was not an office chair, and this fits perfectly. The package was lightweight, and since the chair expands ob its own, there was no setup required. It is comfortable and works best when places against a wall for extra support. I like using it to read a book or watch videos on my phone that is on a small table or nightstand next to it for convenience.

It looks nothing like the photos. It doesn’t even allow you to sit upright. The description on Amazon says 48 hours to expand and the instructions say 72, however, it also came with a small sticker that says “allow 96 hours to expand”. I’m at the 72 hour mark. If it miraculously changes over the next 24, I’ll update my review but I’m not getting my hopes up.
