My beanbag chair arrived in a tiny but heavy box. I was disappointed, thinking I was mistaken in thinking it was supposed to include the stuffing (one of the reasons I chose this one over others). When I opened the box, I was pleasantly surprised to find the super-duper compressed bag of stuffing along with the cover. It was fun to watch it get bigger and bigger over the next couple of days. We were wondering if it was ever going to stop, and regretting not putting the cover on it before letting it expand. I've included a photo of what it looked like 3 hours after opening. It looks just like the photo in the description once fully expanded. Once I was sure the growing was at least close to done, I begrudgingly took the cover out of the package and unfolded it, thinking there was no way I was going to be able to put it on the giant beanbag without recruiting help. I gave the insert a good shake, as per the provided instructions, then began the dreaded chore of containing the monstrosity in the cover... Only, it wasn't even a chore! The process took less than 30 seconds. It was way easier than it should have been. The cover is made from a thick, velvety-plush material. It's very soft. The seams are strong. It is definitely better quality all around than any bean bag chair I've ever seen. On to comfort. The foam used in this chair is more like the traditional dense latex used in mattresses (I don't think it's memory foam). It's firm, but has some give. I didn't totally sink into it; my back felt supported... maybe a better word would be cradled. It is perfect, and exactly (maybe a bit better) than what I was hoping for. I got it more for the kids, but I may be using it myself! I would be amiss if I didn't mention this last point. I did feel a bit like a turtle on it's back when I plopped into it for the first time. Then I discovered it's better to lift it one-handed, then sit down with a bit of a plan for how you would like to sit. Overall, I am really happy with it.

The chair comes in a compact vacuum sealed package, a heavy brick! Upon opening the bag, the chair started expanding into a big round ball. Instructions stated that the chair should expand for 24-48 hours before placing it into the liner; I suggest you place the chair into the liner first as it is very difficult to get the chair into the liner once expanded. I'm very happy with the quality of the materials; the inner liner is durable and I doubt will tear and the outer liner is a velvety material which is comfortable. The chair itself is unlike a traditional bean bag chair as it conforms too your body while providing great support. My only complaint is that it is a huge round ball which I hope will flatten a bit as time goes on. Overall, a decent piece of fun furniture that both kids and adults will enjoy.

Outstanding!! This will arrive in a somewhat large and heavy box. It is definitely not the size of the bag itself. As most large things come nowadays it is vacuum sealed and about 1/3 of its completed size. The instructions say it can take a day or two to completely, come to full size. I believe it was just about a day. I will suggest a few things to make it easier for you in the long run. If you are sensitive to smells, I would open it in a room away from where you will be for about 2 to 3 days , I would immediately after cutting open the plastic, put the cover on so it can expand inside it though if you ever wash the cover, you will have to put it back on at full size so maybe waiting will show you if it will truly be worth washing later to have to put it back on . When full size the weight of the shipping box probably gained just a little but not much. The cover is very soft and inviting to sit or lie on if you are a small individual. Overall, we are quite impressed with the memory foam inside, it’s very soft and mushy .

This bean bag chair is three feet wide and filled with soft memory foam that feels super plush when you press into it the velvet cover is incredibly soft to the touch with a smooth luxurious feel that makes you want to curl right up in it it has a nice weight to it so it stays in place and holds its shape without sinking flat the black color looks rich and stylish and blends easily with any room decor making it perfect for a bedroom or cozy corner in a living room or play space the cover is also washable which is a huge plus especially for kids Even though we have not used it yet I can already tell this will be a favorite piece in my son’s new room I picked it specifically so he can have a soft comfy spot to sit read or relax after school and the quality feels solid right out the bag once we get settled in our new place I know he is going to love lounging in it while playing with his toys or watching his favorite shows it feels like a personal little space made just for him and I cannot wait to see his reaction when he tries it out for the first time

Bean Bag Chair for Adults/Kids-with Memory Foam is a fun nostalgic addition to the family room! It creates one more seat that is easily moved to any room as needed. It is fairly lofty after 24 hrs of expanding but may not be fully expanded for 48 hrs. I have chilled in it a few times already and it is comfy for sitting semi-reclined to watch TV. It arrived in a box in a vacuum sealed bag. As soon as I opened the bag, it began expanding the memory foam quickly. I decided to put the cover on while it was still expanding to make the process easier for me. The cover is indeed very soft and velvet-like. I am happy that the cover is washable. I have a feeling the bean bag chair will be a favorite of adult kids, little grandchildren and pets! It reminds me of the bean bag chair my dad used to enjoy while watching old war movies in the 70’s! Highly recommend this fun bean bag chair!
