When loaded with heavier items, it felt unstable, and the wheels struggled on rough terrain. The steering is difficult to control, especially when it’s full, making it frustrating to maneuver. Too heavy to pick up closed. Wheels don't swivel. Wheels stick in position. Very difficult to maneuver. Ended up giving this 100. Monstrosity away.

    • Steering/turning is very bad

I really NEEDED this to help me with weekly chores and bigger projects. The front wheels/steering mechanism, is HORRIBLE!!!! It just won't turn and maneuver as one needs without having to make numerous attempts to get the steering the way you need it. It is difficult to close. I have to turn it on its side and push from the bottom to release a joint so it will close. It's heavier than I expected, though the weight is mentioned. I'd send it back but it is too heavy and cumbersome to go through all that work. It needs to be a lot longer. Basically, I can only fit 2 large, pull string laundry bags in it. I need greater storage capacity I REALLY NEEDED this and now I'm stuck with it. ... show more

    • Don’t buy if you are expecting it to carry weight

I just put 60 pounds in this cart and went over a little bump. The support arm broke. It was also so difficult to steer that I had to grab the cart structure and pull it instead of using the handle. This cart is just over 6 months old and is now useless.
