So far, so good. I haven't built a system since 2015 and things have come a long way since then. The modular cabling for me is a revelation, since it helps reduce the clutter of cable runs I don't need. Mounting was a little off but that was due to the case, not the power supply. I have no real way of testing it but, with the i9-13900KF processor, a Radeon graphics card, and (for now) m2 SSD, the 850 watts far exceeds my power needs, and it is working reliably and running cool. And as it says on the tin...it's quiet!

I have owned a few different brand PSU's over the last 20 or so years and always tended to go with Seasonic for there longevity. My last one went strong for about 8 years before starting to lose 5v stability recently. So I figured I would just go Seasonic again but decided to do a little shopping around first. I had always heard good things about be quiet CPU heatsinks and fans being very reliable and super quiet but had never owned anything from them. So after watching some reviews and reading a bunch about them I decided to give one a go. I have a Praxis Wetbench (PC test bench) that has nothing to block any fan noise which is always a challenge when dealing with a test bench config. I have my system filly liquid cooled and some very quiet fans on my radiator but my Seasonic PSU was always the loudest part of my setup. To the point where when at full load benchmarking or gaming it would sound like a hair dryer and was always a bit annoying. Over the years I guess I just got used to it and debt with it. But with this be queit let me tell you.. THIS THING IS NEAR SILENT! Even when pushing it pretty hard it never gets louder them my radiator fans and they are very quiet. I cannot put into words how peaceful my office is now. Its wonderful! I cannot speak to be quiet's longevity but I can definitely say its by far, the quietest PSU I have ever used and the build quality seems very good. Also come with very pliable sleeved cables. Much better then the flat black one you get with Corsair, Thermaltake, Coolermaster and multitude of other brands. Hoping for many years of use. Love it so far!

This is a solid, quiet, efficient, and very high power PSU. Everything about it is quality. The only downside I ran into is a lack of cables. It’s got 2 600W slots, only one of which I needed, but every other CPU and PCI and SATA/AUX cable is beyond maxed out. There are only 3 SATA/AUX plugs/cables. I have had 1200W PSUs with more and better cables. By better I mean that the mix of SATA/Molex for the 3 provided cables is questionable at best and feels really out of sync with what is otherwise a top notch experience. 4 SATA is all I get on a single cable, with less on the other 2. Would it kill them to at least throw in an 8 device cable? This is a 1500W PSU. It should be expected to support storage oriented builds. Ideally there would be 4 plugs and 4 cables instead of just 3. At this price point coming up short(pun intended) on cable count leaves a bitter taste that didn’t need to be there. Otherwise, it’s a great unit, just not if you need more than a meager amount of SATA/Molex. One star off for making me buy multiple splitters when I should have had what I need in the box.
