The company I purchased from definitely seems to stand by their warranty guarantee; when I reached out to them regarding one of the Safety Net Poles bent/broken, they sent out a replacement within the week. My kids LOVE the trampoline, and I like the outward rounded poles, esp. since my 2-year-old likes to run to the net like a wrestler and never hits a pole. The ladder is perfect and the lights I purchased for it look beautiful at night on it. Ease of assembly - It only took 2 people to put it together and it was not difficult at all. Fun for kids - As mentioned, my kids absolutely love it. It's the first thing my 11-year-old runs to as soon as she gets home from school and my 2-year-old runs right behind her. They spend hours on it daily and it's great exercise. 12' is the perfect size for my kids to have friends and family over who want to go play with them. Everybody loves getting on it.

we ordered this trampoline for the grandbabies and it has been a great purchase. assembly was fairly easy with two people and the included spring stretcher is a godsend. I like that the springs are on the outside of the netting which prevents little feet from getting caught in them. I also like that it comes with a ladder, no having to use a chair like when my kids where little. This is a good sized trampoline and is rated to hold 350 plus pounds.

Good size and easy to put together. kind of lower to the ground than we would like though. Two springs already popped off and we’ve only had it for a little over two weeks. They shouldn’t rip off that easy. No more than 3 kids have been on it at a time.

This trampoline/company deserves a review. We bought a 10 ft trampoline in December of 2021. By the summer of 2023 this well loved trampoline was broken. The jumping mat ripped away from the frame and so there was a big hole in it. The net enclosure also had a big hole but it was still technically useable until the bottom broke. I went online to see if I could buy replacement parts and found that the company will mail you any replacement parts for free for the first 24 months! And after sending them the info about ours, they just replaced the whole thing and we had a new one in just a few days! Amazing! The fun continues! It’s also worth saying that the design of this trampoline is much better than many other trampolines we’ve seen and tried. The one we owned before this brand had so much duct tape holding it together at the end!
