DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL! UPDATE- customer service was a nightmare to work with. Said they would send us a new mat and springs. Sent us springs with no mat. Eventually offered to refund the cost completely. Great. Now to dispose of this monster. UPDATE-still nothing from customer service. They don’t answer the phone, they don’t respond via email or Amazon. UPDATE- a FOURTH spring has detached from the mat. The threading that holds the spring loop onto the mat is insufficient and dangerous. Very poor experience with customer service. No response We have had this for less than two months. It’s already broken. Normal use, two small children. No reason these springs should be popping off and the threads unraveling. Update we now have THREE broken springs, all on one side, all in one section. The threading is continuing to unravel. ... show more

Ours gets used everyday! Ladder is not metal and has wide steps which is nice. The bars being curved to hold the net definitely helps make sure no one hits the bars while jumping. Easy to install and very durable. Has a great bounce to it.

Dangerous item. We have had the 16FT trampoline for about 1/2 a year, and it is already falling apart. One of the kids fell through, but I was lucky it was not hard. I contacted customer support for a warranty replacement and will update my review based on their timeliness and response. Customer support replace it ... show more

    • The spring installation is the most challenging. Follow the instructions!
The media could not be loaded. Follow the directions about connecting the springs! It is important to equally attach the tension. The only reason it took so long was because of how we assembled the springs initially.

Decent trampoline. HORRIBLE customer service. I broke a couple of poles for my net and have been trying to email BCAN to find replacement poles since April with absolutely no response.

Bought the 16ft trampoline. It was easy to put together and everybody loves it. Much better quality than a Walmart trampoline. More bounce and room to jump around. Would highly recommend.
