DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL! UPDATE- customer service was a nightmare to work with. Said they would send us a new mat and springs. Sent us springs with no mat. Eventually offered to refund the cost completely. Great. Now to dispose of this monster. UPDATE-still nothing from customer service. They don’t answer the phone, they don’t respond via email or Amazon. UPDATE- a FOURTH spring has detached from the mat. The threading that holds the spring loop onto the mat is insufficient and dangerous. Very poor experience with customer service. No response We have had this for less than two months. It’s already broken. Normal use, two small children. No reason these springs should be popping off and the threads unraveling. Update we now have THREE broken springs, all on one side, all in one section. The threading is continuing to unravel.

We have been loving our trampoline! We got about three months of use out of it before winter, and it has held up really nicely so far. Assembly was straightforward with the instructions, though having two people definitely made setup easier. We also bolted it down to the ground to prevent any blow-overs. Mom, dad, and toddler jump together frequently (well over 400 lbs combined), and it supports us comfortably with no excessive sagging. The ladder is sturdy and well made, which we really appreciate. The only downside for us is that the opening in the safety net feels a bit narrow and hard to crawl through and it’ll probably rip at some point. Overall, we’re very happy with this trampoline and impressed with its quality!

Dangerous item. We have had the 16FT trampoline for about 1/2 a year, and it is already falling apart. One of the kids fell through, but I was lucky it was not hard. I contacted customer support for a warranty replacement and will update my review based on their timeliness and response. Customer support replace it

I feel we should choose a different shipping company. This trampoline came in two boxes and FedEx split them up and put them on two different trucks. The trampoline was a bit challenging for two people to put together. However the headache of putting it together was worth it. My son loves it. The steps are awesome the quality seems to be good we've had it for less than a month. It was a bit stiff a first but after a few 90 plus days it loosen up. We purchased the 16 foot on prime day and I feel like it was a good buy.

We have had this trampoline up for 14 months and the loops that hold the springs have all dryrotted. My kids come in with 2-3 new broken springs daily! My kids loved this trampoline but please keep in mind you will only get one year out of it. Find another trampoline since this one is not worth the money. Super sad!
