Trampoline broke after 3 months, bent top rail. Manufacturer will not return emails for replacement parts, now this barely used, $400 trampoline is a lawn ornament. UPDATE: Customer service is reachable at [email protected]. Do not try to go to BCAN website, they will not respond to the email address listed there. Customer service offered replacement or full refund. I took the refund. Too many bad reviews about the springs ripping out of the mat. Going to try different brand with my refund money. ... show more

Bought the 16 footer. Went together pretty easy. Did it by myself in about 2 hours. My daughter 9 loves it. My only complaint is the netting. Particularly the loops that attach the net to the top of the poles. The first one ripped the very first day. Several more have ripped since. (only had it a month) so now we need a new net. Not very cool when the netting and safety was the marketing pitch and a big reason for buying this one over the others. ... show more

My great grandkids love this trampoline….it is perfect for them … but we recently had a tornado in our area and it broke two of our poles..could you please tell me how we can order the poles. We would appreciate it so these kids can go back to some jumping fun. Thank you.
