  • Set up is a little tricky, but very pleased
Color: 40IN-GREEN Size: 40IN
I’ll start with the good and say that this is a great little rebounder. This is the first one I’ve owned so I don’t really have anything to compare it to, but it seems perfect for beginners. I’ve only had it for a day (so will update review if needed) but it seems well made and I feel pretty confident in the elastic bands holding up over time (although I would assume the should be replaced at some point). So far I don’t have any complaints or concerns about the product now that it’s set up. It’s sooo much fun. I feel like a little kid. I love that it’s small and light enough to be easily moved or stored. It says you can fold it for storage purposes, but after feeling the resistance in the bands I don’t know that I’ll be attempting that lol! The assembly wasn’t especially difficult, but it does require quite a bit of grip strength and leverage to stretch the elastic loops, so if you have mobility or hand/finger strength troubles you may struggle quite a bit. The tools they include help tremendously, as does pre-assembling a few of the elastics, but it still took some doing. I wouldn’t say that the instructions were necessarily LACKING, but I feel like emphasizing a couple of things more clearly would have saved a lot of trouble for me lol. So I’ll share my tips in hopes it helps someone: - Definitely ACTUALLY read the directions (carefully!) and watch the video via the QR code BEFORE you start. I fancy myself pretty proficient at assembling things so I kinda just skimmed the directions and watched the video as I went along. Wrong choice. - Several loops came attached to the frame already, so I foolishly assumed they were attached correctly and just went along with that. However, about 80% through it, I noticed in the video that their loops looked slightly different than mine. Turns out the pre-attached loops must have slid around in transit since there wasn’t that much tension and they were aligned incorrectly. The little lumpy metal part is supposed to “lock” the elastic into place when properly secured. If you pay close attention to the instructions in the manual, use the triangle tool exactly as instructed, and make sure you compare your loops to how they look in the video, you should be able to figure out how it’s supposed to sit tightly. I don’t know how important that detail really is, but the tension in these bands is intense, so I didn’t want to take any chances on not doing it properly and having a band fly off and hurt someone. - Which brings me to my last point. PLEASE be mindful of where you have your face and other body parts while you’re securing the elastic. While I was reassembling my bands for the second time, I was using the triangle tool to stretch the elastic and using the side of my knee to hold the frame down. My hand slipped, and the triangle tool (which had the elastic stretched over it) snapped down like a very large mouse trap on my ankle lol! Totally my fault, but these are very strong bands that you stretch quite a distance and the welt/bruise on my ankle leads me to believe that someone could very easily be very hurt if not careful. ... show more

  • Love This Rebounder!
Color: 40IN-GREEN Size: 40IN
I love this rebounder! It was easy to put together, and they even include a tool to help get the bungee cords on. That made assembly so much easier. It also comes with a handlebar if you want the extra support. I decided not to use it because I was comfortable without it, but I’m keeping it in case I ever change my mind. I’ve been using it every day, and it’s sturdy, quiet, and a great workout. I would definitely recommend it! ... show more

  • Great workout
Color: 40IN-GREEN Size: 40IN
We love this rebounder! I really like that it is bungees instead of springs. It is so much more quiet than other ones that we have had. I am over 6’ tall and the 40” is plenty big enough. It did take some time putting it together but not difficult. We have the one with the handle. I really do like having it available to occasionally hold for balance but I’m not sure of its durability. I don’t think it would hold up to serious holding with any sort of weight or vigorousness. I feel that if I honestly fell into it that it would bend or flip the whole thing. But that may be because I am quite tall so my center of gravity is high. ... show more

  • Sturdy, fun, do you have enough space for it?
Color: 40IN-GREEN Size: 40IN
I have the BCAN 40" with adjustable u-shaped handle. I like it and would buy this brand again, but would consider a T-shaped handle over the U-shape. If you are able to leave it out all the time, occupying floor space, this is a solid choice. If, however, you will need to move it out of the way when not in use, take the following into consideration before purchasing this particular model. Foldability -- it does fold, but getting the bungee cords off/on to fold/unfold is not something you will want to do on a regular basis. I will only go through that again when a part gets worn out and I have to replace it. Since I won't "fold" it to recover my floor space, what I would like to do is sit it up on edge and lean it against a wall. I could even fit it behind the sofa if I removed the legs and handlebar. The legs are simple enough to put on and take off, but the u-shaped handle is not. If I lean it upright against a wall with the handlebar attached, it sticks out too far in my small space for comfortable navigation through the house. In other words, I'd trip over it or bump into it. The u-shaped handle is sturdy and large, two characteristics that I wanted. However, it's cumbersome to attach and remove as a one-person job and I don't want to do for every use. So, I end up maneuvering it through doorways to lay it on top of the guest bed. I only go through the hassle of removing the handle and legs (the legs are easy) when I have overnight guests. From pictures, I think (but I don't know) that a T-bar style handle would be easier to put on and take off. I don't know if BCAN sells them separately from a trampoline or if a 3rd party purchase would fit. But I will look into one unless I get comfortable enough to rebound without any handle and remove the u-shaped handle permanently. But, if you have the space to leave it out all the time and want a sturdy wide handle, this is a good choice. ... show more

  • BCAN 450/550 LBS Foldable Mini Trampoline – Fun, Durable, and Perfect for Home Workouts!
Color: 48IN-GREEN Size: 48IN
I recently purchased the BCAN 450/550 LBS Foldable Mini Trampoline, and I have to say—it has exceeded my expectations in every way! Whether you're looking for a fun way to get in shape, a low-impact workout, or simply a way to relieve stress, this trampoline is a fantastic investment. Here’s why I’m so impressed: Sturdy and Durable Construction: The BCAN Mini Trampoline is incredibly well-built. The frame is strong and sturdy, made from high-quality materials that feel robust and capable of withstanding frequent use. The 450/550 lbs weight capacity is a huge plus, especially for people who are on the heavier side or just want extra reassurance that it’s built to last. I feel completely secure while bouncing, and the trampoline doesn’t wobble or creak, even with vigorous workouts. The 6 heavy-duty legs provide excellent stability and support, so it stays firmly in place during all types of activity. Quiet, Smooth Bouncing: One of my main concerns with mini trampolines was whether the bouncing would be too loud or too stiff. I was pleasantly surprised by how quiet and smooth the bounce is on this trampoline. The premium, bungee cord system provides a much quieter and more comfortable experience compared to traditional springs. It absorbs impact well and allows for a nice, smooth rebound that is gentle on the joints, making it perfect for a low-impact cardio workout. Whether I’m doing high-intensity intervals or simply bouncing for fun, the movement feels fluid and responsive. Easy to Fold and Store: The foldable design is a standout feature for me. When not in use, you can easily fold it up into a compact size, making it incredibly easy to store in a closet or under a bed. This makes it perfect for anyone who has limited space or who wants a workout tool they can tuck away when they’re not using it. I love that I don’t have to worry about it taking up valuable space in my home gym or living room. The foldability doesn’t sacrifice any of the stability or quality, and it still performs just as well when it's unfolded. Comfortable and Safe: The trampoline mat is made from durable material, providing a comfortable surface to jump on. I also appreciate the foam-covered handrail, which offers a bit of extra balance and safety during workouts. The handrail is adjustable, which is great for users of different heights, and provides added peace of mind, especially if you’re new to rebounding or using a trampoline. I feel secure and in control, even as I increase the intensity of my workouts. Versatility for All Ages: Whether you're a beginner or more experienced with rebounding, this trampoline is versatile enough to suit all fitness levels. I use it for a combination of cardio exercises, strength training, and even as a way to decompress after a long day. It's also a great way to get kids moving in a fun way, as the bouncing is both playful and effective for physical activity. I can see myself using this for years to come, especially as I can adjust my workout routine with ease. Assembly and Setup: Setting up the BCAN Mini Trampoline was a breeze. The assembly process is straightforward, and the instructions were easy to follow. The trampoline is sturdy from the moment it's assembled, and I had it ready for use in about 15-20 minutes. No complicated tools or adjustments needed—just a quick setup and you’re ready to start jumping! Overall Thoughts: The BCAN 450/550 LBS Foldable Mini Trampoline is everything I wanted in a fitness tool—durable, quiet, fun, and effective. It's a great way to add variety to your fitness routine while being easy on your joints, and the foldable design is perfect for small spaces. Whether you're using it for cardio, strength training, or just for some fun, this trampoline delivers. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a high-quality mini trampoline for home use. It’s a great way to improve cardiovascular health, burn calories, and have fun doing it—plus, it’s easy to store and built to last. If you’ve been considering adding a trampoline to your home gym, this one is a winner! ... show more

  • Glad I got the 40"
Color: 40IN-BLACK Size: 40IN
Senior citizen new to rebounding, but with an athletic past. Read so many reviews on the BCAN and wasn't sure I would be happy - BUT I AM! I almost bough the 48" and am glad I didn't. The 40" is plenty big, regardless of your body size. Assembly was easy and I did it myself in 20 min; not sure why some of the reviews said 2 people were needed. The steel frame is thick and sturdy; the legs do not wobble or raise off the floor when you're on the unit. The fabric is sort of a thick nylon that is porous - kind of like dog cots. Although I bought the 40" with the bar, I did try just low bouncing without it - wow, I was shocked at how difficult that was the first day. I am currently on 'beginner day 5' and I am amazed at how much better my balance (on the rebounder) is already. First minute first day, I could feel it in my calves tighten and was shocked. Thank goodness for YT instructional videos. This BCAN is very well contructed and the bounce is soft but firm - difficult to explain. I bought the bungee model and happy about that too, as it is essentially silent. Eventually, I will watch a show/sports/podcast while on the BCAN and will still be able to hear it. Not sure why some reviews claim it is poory made. There is no way I would recommend a high-end rebounder for a beginner; this BCAN is great and very sturdy. I've moved it around a bit and it's awkward but doable; I think the 48" would be very difficult to move around the house. I'm glad I got the bungee, I'm glad I got the attachable bar, I'm glad I got the 40" and I'm glad I finally decided on the BCAN. ... show more

  • Assembly was much easier than I anticipated. Excellent rebounder!
Color: 40IN-GREEN Size: 40IN
I absolutely love this trampoline and this company. Shipping was very quick, and I received it much faster than expected. I was initially nervous about purchasing it because I was worried it would be difficult to assemble, but it turned out to be extremely easy. I was able to unfold it on my own without any issues. I did watch a YouTube instructional video for guidance on attaching the bungees, and that made the process even smoother. Most of the bungees were already in place, and the tool provided made it manageable to finish the rest. The only part I found a bit more challenging was attaching the handlebar. It wasn’t that the parts didn’t fit—they were fine—but aligning the screws and getting everything secured properly took a little more patience than the bungees did. Once assembled, I was genuinely impressed. The bounce feels great—firm and supportive, but still comfortable and not overly stiff. It’s a perfect size for my home and exactly what I needed for rebounding exercise. I’m 60 years old and in good shape, but I wanted a way to exercise more consistently and effectively at home. I’m really enjoying this rebounder and already feel motivated to use it regularly. Overall, I highly recommend this BCAN rebounder. It feels sturdy, well-made, and thoughtfully designed, and it has been a great addition to my fitness routine. ... show more

  • Love rebounding this is a good entry level product to try it 3.5 stars
Color: 40IN-GREEN Size: 40IN
Pros: I bought this product to try rebounding and I love it! This product is a good entry rebounder to try and see if you like rebounding. I have followed some YouTube enthusiasts and it can raise my heart rate up faster than the treadmill where I jog and walk on an incline and it's lots more fun than the treadmill. I cannot compare the bounce since I have not tried other rebounders but I bought a bungee rebounder because of the softer bounce as reported by others. I will say that I needed to start slower and recommend that everyone trying it for the first time to start slowly. I tried it barefoot at the beginning but had problems with my feet, knees, and shins. So I went to tennis shoes and shin support. Now a month later I can jump on it barefoot without shin support but I have been doing my own routines and not following others cardio routines. I am careful about the position of my feet and knees too. There is no noise with the bungee cords either. I find that bouncing about an hour before I go to sleep has helped with the quality of my sleep immensely! I have troubles waking up during the night but this has been minimized to no waking up to one bathroom break and then falling right back to sleep. I guess this is why we rock and jiggle babies to get them to sleep, it works! Cons: Setting this up took some time. I struggled with putting the bungee cords on to the point I was afraid that I might damage them I had to stretch them so hard. And once I had them on I never wanted to fold it because the tension is so high. And the bungees should be replaced periodically so that will be in my future but I believe it could be years from now. I left the handle to my husband who can put together products even from Ikea easily. Needless to say he was not happy about putting the handle on and said the directions were terrible and the pictures were inadequate. However, the biggest problem I find is every time I use it I must screw one or two of the legs on as they loosen a lot to the point I would worry about a danger of collapse if I forgot this step. My BMI is 28 so I'm overweight but under the weight limit for this rebounder. Since I got interested in the rebounder because of my osteopenia, I do not want to get a broken bone from structural failure. If you can afford only one rebounder, just remember to check the legs for looseness every time and this should be fine. Recommendations: I do recommend rebounding as it is a fun exercise and I have seen the health benefits! But for me after more research, this rebounder is going to be replaced with a Cellerciser which has steel springs which should last longer than the bungees. I figure that I can oil the springs periodically when they start making noise. This BCAN can be used upstairs for light bouncing rather than cardio so I'll still keep it. From my research I learned the NASA study for exercise benefits was from steel spring rebounders and not bungee rebounders. I did see a Bellicon interview with a lady who improved her bone density after six months but at almost $1000 the Bellicon will not be my second rebounder and replacing the bungees would still be in my future. I will be curious to see the difference between springs and bungees and if my bone density improves when next it is tested. I am only a month into rebounding but I've seen improvements in muscle changes and sleep. I don't have problems with my lymph system as I'm active all day as a teacher, so there has been no change for me. ... show more
