I love the BCAN trampoline! It is firm and very quiet! I use it to get more steps in while watching TV each day. The bungee cords are much quieter than the trampolines with springs. The bungee cords are also stronger than springs. My daughter who weighs 115 pounds has a different brand of trampoline with springs. The springs keep breaking every so often. This is a sturdy trampoline - it's our third one and is the best so far - and I like the extra height. The ties, though, are awkward and I tied them to the outer ring of the trampoline. That was the wrong thing to do! Of course they all broke as soon as my son began jumping, so the trampoline looks silly with a ruffled edge instead of a flat surface. Nonetheless, my boy isn't picky. The trampoline appears very sturdy. I will be taking a class with it, which hasn't begun yet. So, I don't have experience with it yet. Assembly was a challenge. I needed my husband's help to get it opened flat. The tools are very useful in maneuvering the bungee cords. Yes, it will fold for storage, but you will have to remove legs and at least 12 bungee cords. I'll find a wall to prop it against. I must say that customer service was very prompt and supportive. I had several questions, contacted them 3 or 4 times. I always received an answer within a day. That alone gets my recommendation. ... show more

We've had this product for a little over a week. The one thing I love most about this product is that it is quiet. We've had trampolines in the past and I don't like to hear the sound of the springs.
