This table was a breeze to put together. It looks nicer than the picture. I really like the rounded corners which is very important when there is a toddler around. It is a great size for a 40 inch tv and could hold a tv that was a littler bigger in size. The color is darker than it appears in the picture making it nicer looking in person.     • Good for small light weight items not heavy
The table will work for my needs for the time being,but because it is woodlike &held with only plastic type poles I will probably have to get something more sturdy or stronger later on.recomed that if you plain on need this for anything other than Nick/nacks or small items that you look elsewhere.

    • A little unstable but priced well for what you get
It is what you would expect for the price, made of particle board and plastic with assembly required. The directions were easy to follow however, the pieces were very fragile with 2 breaking during assembly. I was able to super glue the pieces back together and then put epoxy in the joints once assembled to make it solid and usable. I will not be able to take the stand apart without breaking it due to my creative fixes during assembly. Also as I began putting my devices on the stand it seemed a bit wobbly and unstable so I anchored it to the wall with eye brackets and zip ties. This left it feeling stable and I was confident that it would be a workable piece of furniture for what I needed. Once assembled the stand is not bad, it is able to hold a 30" flat screen TV, a DVR, and a DVD all on the center shelves as the others were not wide enough to accommodate any of the devices. The side shelves are mainly used to old a couple books and the cases to the DVDs I am currently watching. This is not the top quality last piece of furniture you are going to buy but it is a great deal and will work well if you are in need of something simple. ... show more

This is just what I needed for my small stereo with speakers. The price was right and it looks nice. The bars are plastic but seem to be sturdy, assembly was very easy without the need for tools.

Easy to assemble, but definitely not up to holding more than a 32" tv and a dvd player. The bars are super thin, hollow plastic cylinders. I would not trust them on anything other than carpet. Works perfectly in my dorm, but definitely not for heavy duty use.
