This is the second time I've purchased from Braxton. The first time being years ago the bed frame they sent was damaged and the wrong size... they sent another... same issue. On the third one it was the right size and still damaged but I was over it. This purchase, being years later, I had hoped they'd improved they're product. NOPE. Box came damaged with all the hardware opened and everywhere. Luckily I found everything to assemble it. That was a pain in itself. Within 3 days of use the top frame has literally fallen out and cut into the brand new mattress underneath that I bought.... fabric on the bottom frame was ripped on arrival....I mean you've got to be joking me. For something that's $800 I would think more quality products. WRONG AF!!! I mean literally 3 days of sleeping on it and the thing is broken all to h*ll. Now I'll have to spend a day taking it apart and finding boxes to put this to ship back that'll they'll ask me to pay for, like before, for crap products. I mean this is utterly ridiculous. How Amazon keeps them on here is amazing to me....idk who is leaving these "great reviews" but it sure isn't the truth. I mean over 4 years and you're still screwing people out of hard earned money, creating a hassle with cheap product, but not cheap prices.... SAVE YOURSELF THE MONEY, PROBLEMS, AND DISAPPOINTMENT!!! IT LOOKS CUTE BUT YOU'LL REGRET THIS PURCHASE AS SOON AS YOU OPEN THE BOX. For this company, Wholesale Interiors Inc., to be doing $10.72 million dollars in revenue with only 24 employees and its NOT accredited by the BBB should be a red flag to Amazon. This day bed is a luxury item. The side and back boards have very thick padding. The embellishments are of a nice size, very secure and shine brightly. The trundle easily glides out from underneath. It was easy to put together, just took some time, but we’ll worth it!
