I'm sorry, but after aseembling and using this sprayerone time, I really am not interested in using it again. This is a sort of over-engineered and under-delivered project. Some things really, you should just keep it simple. First of all, three switches, but each one is independent, so if you turn ONE on, you HAVE to turn it off, not any of the others, which sort of defies logic. The switch on the sprayer is the one that should be a master control. . . because when you have the thing on, mounted on your back, it's the one that is easy to use. Most pump sprayers have a pressure switch, inline, that cycles the pump, and it's at a set pressure, so you adjust your wand for stream, mist, etc. There's a reason for that, so that you can adjust AS you spray. Having electrical controls ON your wand guarantees that when the wand needs replacing, well, you're tossing the whole unit. A simple trigger on the wand allows you to replace it when it starts to leak, which, well, is a problem with all wands, including this one a little bit already. Why in the world do you need a mixer on a portable sprayer? The simple act of walking around with it is going to mix it plenty well, so it's a wasted piece of engineering/construction that COULD have been spent on a better, pressure regulated pump and better quality sprayer, especially since they warn you that if you leave the mixer on for more than 15 seconds you will burn it up, ha ha. Then, well, who in the heck is going to carry around 5 gallons on their back. . . have you lifted a 5 gallon bucket full of water and walked around the yard with it for awhile?...yeah, no. I grant you, this IS in the description, but this thing needed big wheels so you could easily reach all switches as you spray and don't risk injury if you trip over a gopher mound. In my humble opinion, this one is a big miss.

No hash marks or fill lines neither inside nor outside of the tank. No manual available. This is their answer: The product information specifies the tank volume as 4.8 gallons but does not provide details on how to measure the liquid level. So, figure it out for yourself!

This is a great sprayer, and a great way to carry a sprayer. The wand is handy to use and the adjustment for spray pattern is helpful for fence lines. The battery seems to hold up well for the duration of the spray operation, and provides even power as you use the sprayer. The only possible drawback is the weight. Vinegar is similar to water in weight, so be aware that you'll be carrying close to 40 pounds on your back when you start, if you fill it all the way to the top. It gets lighter, but that initial weight can be a bit daunting. I like it, it works well, and I'm glad I got it!

The instructions that come with this thing do not clearly show how to assemble the shoulder straps so this can be used worn as a backpack. I’m no dummy but I couldn’t for the life of me figure out how the straps would connect to the body of the sprayer. I’ve used it several times but I have to carry it by hand, which is not fun because it’s quite heavy when full. It also comes with 2 power switches: one on the wand, and one on the body of the unit. Be careful not to turn them both on at the same time because the instruction manual says that this will fry the electronics. Overall not the best backpack sprayer.

I waited two months to use it. So now I can't return it. I charged it, filled it , hit the power, nothing. Now I'm stuck with this trash and, still have to find another.

Backpack sprayers make using liquid treatment applications much easier verses standard hand pump sprayers, this backpack sprayer takes that advantage to all new levels. I have used a hand pump backpack sprayer for a couple of years now and I really like it and it was a big leap forward over the old style pump sprayers that may, or may not, come with a shoulder strap. Even with the advantages, I still quickly became fatigued using the hand pump backpack sprayer, especially on big jobs. This battery powers electric sprayer changes all of that, it is now a breeze to cruise around and get those jobs completed in a fraction of the time, and with much less effort on my part. Inside the box was a small pamphlet of basic instructions, several attachments for a variety of different spraying jobs, some extra washer type seals, the backstrap, the power charging cord, and the sprayer itself. I like this backpack sprayer and I expect to get a lot of good use out of it, I will certainly be able to complete my spraying jobs faster and more efficiently now. It remains to be seen how long the sprayer parts, the battery, and the pump will last, but considering that I have a pile of the old hand pump sprayers that only lasted for a season or two I think if I get 4-5 seasons from this sprayer I will count it as a win. If you include the savings in time and effort then it wouldn't take that long to call using this sprayer a big win.
