Battery charged one time. Used it to charge my phone and the very next day, I woke up to a dead phone AND dead battery. The phone won’t charge while in the case AND plugged in. It is hard to put on and take off and it also hits the silence button on the side so you have to turn that on every time. I was actually happy with this product at first but I was having trouble charging it while the phone was in the case. I thought it was a user error and dismissed the issue, and just charged the phone and case separately. I should’ve taken the initial issue as a red flag though because ON THE DAY that the arbitrary One Monrh long buyers warranty expired, the case stopped charging all together. Now it makes for a great paper weight. I should’ve realized I’d been given a dud from the get, but these things shouldn’t happen so often!
