Only two issues. First the plastic case for bits was all busted up. No big deal went to store bought a replacement. Second the case handle just fell apart under its own weight. That said the battery life is crazy good and the machine is excellent for what I use it for. Usually I would have to exchange batteries out on my other machines but I did two cars headlights and still battery I was using still good. This thing looks like a kids toy out of the box but dang it’s powerful! Sanding no issues! Polishing again no issues! Very disappointed in the case handle tho! Should be noted the machine slid of one of my cars and hit the ground and still had no issues. I’ll include a pic of the handle on the case but again the machine is very good! I bought the large set up. Yes dremal bits do fit in the small adapter very securely! Not just polisher bits.

I always worry about buying from an unfamiliar manufacture but after looking at all the positive reviews I thought I would give this mini polisher a try. The polisher arrived quickly, the packaging and box were well designed to prevent any damage in shipping. The polisher is well made and has the appropriate weight and balance of a well made tool. The controls and switch are heavy duty and should lase a long time under heavy use. The kit included everything you need to get started except the polishing compound. All the hardware, wrenches, and back plates are made to last and they even included an apron and 3 air fresheners. Overall I think you will be very pleased with this mini polisher and the price for this kit is the best bang for the buck i have seen.

This seems like it has a nice build quality but I don't like it for several reasons. The first issue is that this tool does NOT have a soft start as advertised. When you flip the switch it is on. Full speed on. No soft start. That was one of the selling points that influenced my buying decision. The next issue is that the instructions are useless. No where in the instructions, nor their website, do they explain what the different polishing pads are for. I'm going to put any of those on car paint which is what I bought this for and what they illustrate in the ad. The biggest flaw comes in the proprietary backing plates which are made of cheap plastic and are not foam backed. Being proprietary none of my existing backing plates fit this. Threading these plastic threads into metal is not going to last long and you are stuck buying replacements from them. This tool might be fine for household jobs but I'm not touching car paint with it. I'll just have to stick with my full size polisher until I can find a suitable mini polisher.

So I just used this polisher today 3-2-24. I was not impressed. I bought this because it had the ability to be both rotary and D/A. That is some what true. You can only use the rotary attachment with the 1 Inch backing plate. You CANNOT do rotary work with the 3 inch backing plates. Really dumb design. It states it in the instructions and is definitely the case. 3 inch backing plate are for the D/A attachment only. The tool itself isn't bad. The pads are garbage however would work for some minor polishing. The battery life is decent. I polished 4 rims and my headlights with 1 battery. If it had the ability to do rotary with the 3 inch plates this thing would be a very versatile tool for detailing smaller areas.
